Abstract: The analysis and design of a dual-band unequal Wilkinson power divider are presented in this paper. A structure including isolation stubs is proposed in order to reduce the parasitic effects between the two stubs that are connected by the isolation resistor. The design parameters of the dual-band unequal power divider are presented in explicit closed form. The validity of this analysis is confirmed through the design, simulation, and experimental results with a power divider for 1 and 2 GHz.
