Abstract: This paper presents the analysis of the force determination that exerts an influence in the levitation-melting method model. The goal of the present study is a numerical investigation of the problem results concerning the alternation of the magnetic field modified by the sphere, which melts during the levitation-melting method. The numerical investigation is realised by global variational method, completed with the R-functions.
