Abstract: Management transformation principles directed toward continual quality improvement suggest the process for inversion of the traditional organizational pyramid. Training of all employees in new philosophy and implementation of teamwork provide an environment in which all employees strive to improve quality by applying statistical process control to their work processes. This way a company can meet the customer needs in the ever-changing and competitive marketplace.
