Abstract: A model of democratic organization and individual learning is used to integrate commonly available computer programs into an information and management system appropriate for the self-managed firm. Distribution of information, participation through debate and voting, and feedback on decision performance are mediated by appropriate programs. Individual rights are guaranteed by programmed constraints and a jury of peers.
