Abstract: Rings of Management – based on the four rings of Environment Management, Process Management, Personal Management and Strategy Management – is a new way of managing that is designed to help organizations move successfully into the 21st century. Environment Management involves a transformation in the management culture of the organization. Process Management embodies efforts to improve and innovate processes, services and products. Personal Management embodies the individual actions of employees to improve their own work. Strategy Management involves identifying and communicating the organization's purpose, mission, values and goals. When implemented properly, this four-ring approach will help organizations create an environment in which continuing improvement is a way of life for all employees.
