Abstract: Sports field is important material foundation which popularizes 〈〈National Fitness Program〉〉 and 〈〈the Olympics Glory Program〉〉 in our country. It is an importance carrier of the development of our country’s sports undertaking. In the meantime, the development scale and level of the sports field is one of importance sign of the national economies development level and social civilization degree. There exists difference in the society, economy, culture...etc. in our country, which causes the “out of line” of sports field construction and development in each region. And the “out of line” of the structure of regional sports field in our country is …the key problem that restricts the development of the region sports and is also the key problem that restricts the development of our country’s sports undertaking. In this paper, we first introduce some operations on the intuitionistic fuzzy sets, such as Hamacher sum, Hamacher product, Hamacher exponentiation, etc., and further develop the intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher correlated averaging (IFHCA) operator. The prominent characteristic of the operators is that they can not only consider the importance of the elements or their ordered positions, but also reflect the correlation among the elements or their ordered positions. We have applied the IFHCA operators to multiple attribute decision making with intuitionistic fuzzy information. Finally, a practical example for evaluating the management performance of the sports sites is used to illustrate the developed procedures. Show more

Abstract: This paper investigates three-way decisions of type-2 fuzzy sets and interval-valued type-2 fuzzy sets based on partially ordered sets. First, the partially ordered sets, constituted by fuzzy truth values and interval-valued fuzzy truth values, are established, respectively. They serve as the basic structures of three-way decision spaces. Second, several kinds of decision evaluation functions for type-2 fuzzy sets are defined. Three-way decision spaces and three-way decisions corresponding to each DEF are provided. In the end, a similar discussion is presented for interval-valued type-2 fuzzy sets. Examples are attached to each section to illustrate our models.

Abstract: Consider L = (L , ∗ , 1) be a complete residuated lattice. For an arbitrary function φ defined from the set of all singletons to that of all L -sets, Chen and Li introduced a type of L -fuzzy rough sets in 2007, called φ -fuzzy rough sets in this paper. The well-known R -fuzzy rough sets, where R is an L -fuzzy relation, can be regarded as a special φ -fuzzy rough sets. In this paper, we prove that φ -fuzzy rough sets can be represented by a family of R -fuzzy rough sets. Then we define some …special φ of being serial, reflexive, symmetric, transitive and Euclidean, and discuss the corresponding φ -fuzzy rough sets, respectively. At last, we study the induced L -topology by φ when it is reflexive or reflexive and transitive. Show more

Abstract: Although the association classification approach based on frequent patterns has been recently presented, the majority of the methods proposed so far do not deal with the quantitative data directly, and also do not consider the problem of exploring these rules to predict the future behavior of certain variables based on some other known variables. In light of these issues, a new algorithm based on quantitative association rules tree(CRQAR-tree) that synergizes association classification and rule-based TS fuzzy inference is developed to generate the rule tree structure and realize the classification and regression prediction. The classification and regression quantitative association rules are …built on the improved Apriori algorithm which offered an efficient way for frequent itemsets learning. To manage the model complexity without sacrificing its predictive accuracy, CRQAR-tree can effectively match the rules to predict new samples that have little contribution over time. The proposed approach is applied to UCI benchmark datasets and a real application, the simulation results show that the performance of the CRQAR-tree is better than other methods, so it is a promising classification and regression algorithm. Abstract: The notions of SP -compactness degree, SP -separatedness degree and SP -connectedness degree of an L -subset are discussed in L -fuzzy pretopological spaces via L -fuzzy semi-preopen operator and implication operator. The new notions do not based on the basis lattice structure, so the distributivity can be neglected. The notions SP -compactness, SP -separatedness and SP -connectedness degrees of L -fuzzy topological spaces can be viewed as a special cases of compactness, separatedness and connectedness degrees in L -fuzzy pretopological spaces. Furthermore, some properties of the new notions are obtained and investigated.

Abstract: In the literature [40 ], the authors proposed the sum interaction index and discussed its basic mathematical properties. And by some comparison analyses, the authors demonstrated that the sum interaction index can be taken as an alternative of the probabilistic interaction index to measure the interaction phenomenon of the multiple decision criteria. In this paper, we further investigate the properties of the sum interaction index with respect to some particular families of monotone measures, such as the λ -monotone measures, the possibility monotone measures, the k -additive monotone measures, the p -symmetric monotone measures, and the k -tolerant and k …-intolerant monotone measures. Some illustrative examples are also given to show the comparison analyses between the sum interaction index and the probabilistic interaction index. Show more

Abstract: A convolution neural network (ConvNet) based vehicle detection system is developed in view of this issue that vehicle detection based on monocular vision is susceptible to be disturbed by complex background scene. Firstly, in order to detect shadows underneath vehicles for generating the candidate regions of shadow underneath vehicle, a road detection method using edge enhancement as well as an adaptive shadow segmentation approach are applied, which are aimed to better deal with the problems of grayscale variation on road and reduce the impact of the lighting variance. Then the ConvNet’s structure applied to the road traffic environment is determined …and trained by the established image sample sets. The shadow regions detected wrongly as the shadows underneath vehicles are recognized by ConvNet and removed from the preliminary detection results so as to precisely verify the presence of vehicles in an image. The experimental results indicate that this algorithm described in this paper is effective and precise, which can distinguish well between vehicles and background interferences. Show more

Abstract: As a fundamental task of natural language processing, semantic role labeling (SRL) have attracted much attention of researchers in recent years. However, with increasing features being added into the studies, the performance growth trend of SRL is gradually slowing down. So new ways must be found to improve the performance of semantic analysis. Word sense information is useful for SRL task. But how to effectively make use of word sense information is a key issue. Referring to synergetics, we can regard semantic analysis process as competitive process of many semantics order parameters under coherent action and interactive collaboration of semantic …role-related features and word sense-related features. Accordingly, we propose a semantic role labeling model with word sense information based on improved synergetic neural network (SNN). Our contributions are three-fold. Firstly, role-related features and word sense-related features are used to configure semantic order parameters of SNN. Secondly, network parameters are reconstructed which can reflect the relationship of driving and restraining each other between various linguistic features. Finally, we use an improved quantum particle swarm algorithm (QPSO) to realize the optimization of network parameter which has stronger search ability and faster convergence speed. By evaluating our model on the OntoNotes 2.0 corpus, the experiment results show the proposed model in this paper leads to a higher performance for SRL. Show more
