Abstract: The demands to food in China rural areas are strong while construction of food supply chain lags. Lack of statistical data presents difficulties in construction of food supply chain in China rural areas. This paper designed the prediction technique based on nonlinear combined AWNG-BP. Firstly, this prediction technique used BP neural network to nonlinearly combine conventional regression prediction, three exponential smoothing prediction and grey sequence prediction, in order to reduce negative effects on prediction results caused by data missing and abnormal data. Secondly, modified the inherent defect and especially solve structure optimization problems of general BP neural network, by modifying …error function and introducing dynamic self-adapting and genetic algorithm of ecological niche. Thirdly, made sensitivity analysis to three input variables of the prediction technique based on nonlinear combined AWNG-BP, then turned the sensitivity analysis data into a sensitivity curve and synthesized the three sensitivity curves into an image. The image prediction results indicate: first, each single prediction technique has imbalanced effects on prediction results of food supply chain scale in rural areas of Hubei Province of China and the multiple regression and three exponential smoothing prediction affect system evidently; second, total consumption of cold chain food in Hubei Province has been in saturation and will decline slightly in future. Abstract: A north-seeking data quality optimization method for a magnetically suspended gyroscope is proposed based on two-position characteristics combined with the north-seeking characteristic principle of the magnetically suspended gyroscope total station theodolite. First, a simple linear regression model is established based on the linear relationship satisfied by the rotor current of two precise seeking positions and the north-seeking azimuth. Then, the confidence interval of the corresponding rotor current is calculated from the a priori value of the north-seeking azimuth, and the rotor current data outside the confidence interval are removed. Lastly, the gyroscope azimuth is recalculated. Engineering test data were used …to test the effectiveness of the method, and the results showed that the method is effective at testing the north-seeking data quality of the gyroscope and correcting directional results. Abstract: To automatic detect and characterize paper impurities with computer vision, we present a novel two parts evaluation procedure with feature representations using Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers (ADMM) sparse codes. The method is based on an offline training step to obtain sparse coefficients and codebooks via learning extracted features with ADMM optimization, followed by an online detection step to use linear SVM classifier to assess defective paper samples from non-defective ones. Our approach bridges the gap between paper impurities evaluation and sparse feature representations, taking advantages of existing ADMM algorithms to handle sparse codes problem. We compare different feature descriptors …and sparse code methods to implement the procedure and experimentally validate it on a dataset of 11 paper classes. Experiment results show that the proposed method is competitive and effective in terms of evaluation accuracy and speed. Show more

Abstract: With the excessive consumption of resources and environmental damage in the economic development, the reverse logistics’ demand for the Internet of Things’ function of logistics monitoring and environmental monitoring has been further highlighted under the background of recycle economy practice. The Internet of Things’ integration on material flow, value flow and information flow can not only improve the efficiency of the logistics system, but also reduce the cost of logistics system. In this paper, we introduce the value flow analysis of circular economy into the cost accounting, analysis and optimization of enterprise reverse logistics. We also take into account the …external costs (secondary pollution and environmental benefits of recycling) in the reverse logistics cost accounting. Ultimately, this paper aims to formulate a cost accounting and an optimization model of reverse logistics. Based on the case of an automobile recycling company in Hunan Province, China, it makes a proposal on how an enterprise may optimize its costs and achieve a coordinated development of society, economy and environment. Abstract: On the background of national economic growth and urbanization process in a long period in China, urban transportation system has experienced an unprecedented growth. The growth of traffic volume and acceleration of motorization has caused a lot of environmental problems which seem more and more serious in some cities. So how to evaluate the sustainability of urban transportation system and ecological environment system has become an important issue. This paper constructs an evaluation index system through Delphi method, and Support Vector Machine which has been successfully applied to evaluate system states is used to make the evaluation. Twenty-two cities in …Yangtze River Economic Belt is selected for empirical research. The results show that the evaluation index system is reasonable. Support vector machine can applicably evaluate the status of the selected cities in real time with robustness and fault-tolerant ability. The evaluation results can provide a scientific basis for future urban transportation development. Finally, suggestions including optimizing urban traffic structure, developing intelligent transportation system and strengthen the control of motor vehicle emissions and construction of road greening are provided with the purpose of ensuring and promoting the sustainability and coordination between urban transportation and ecological environment. Abstract: Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are widely-used. The nodes in traditional WSNs are usually fixed, which means that the nodes around the base stations will bear more communication load. This uneven load will cause quick exhaustion of network energy and the phenomenon of “Energy Hole”. In recent years, researchers have been trying to solve this problem by introducing moving nodes that are considered as the sink nodes (Sink) to collect the data in WSNs. A moving node can be moving tramcars, moving cars on bridge or autonomous underwater vehicles, etc. However, in reality, the moving nodes have certain constrains on both …space and capacity. In this paper, the network problems such as the node energy, the sink movement distance upper limit and the communication loss, are formally modeled as linear programming models. Thus, the optimal sink moving path can be determined by solving these models. Experiments show that the models can be applied to small and medium size WSNs with acceptable running time. However, the running time becomes extremely long when the network size is scaled up. Show more

Abstract: In order to improve the identification rate of fuel supply fault in diesel engine by using the vibration acceleration signal, a method of using the orthogonal vibration signals at the top and side of the cylinder head is proposed. Vibration sensors are installed at the top and side of the diesel engine to synchronously acquire the vibration acceleration signals at the two places perpendicular to each other. The fault identification of diesel engine fuel supply is achieved by extracting 17 domain time eigenvalues together with the peak value and peak-to-peak value of cross-correlation function of the orthogonal vibration signals and …by using Generalized Regression Neural Network (GRNN) for classification and identification. The experimental results show that the recognition rate of fuel supply fault in diesel engine can be improved greatly by using orthogonal vibration signal, which has great engineering application value.
