Abstract: In this paper, extension of relative co-annihilator in residuated lattices is introduced for subsets T and Y of residuated lattice L and is denoted by (T , Y ). In this extension, T has a more important role than Y , as expected. It is proved if T is a filter, then co-annihilator of T relative to Y is a filter and is the same as the co-annihilator of T relative to the filter generated by Y . Also some theorems are stated and proved which determine the relationship between this special …subset and the other types of filters. Finally, we give some conditions for subsets T and Y of residuated lattices L , for which (T , Y ) is a special subset of L . Show more

Abstract: There are plenty of researches on group decision making (GDM) problem and most of them assume that all the experts are independent. However, the social network connection is an important characteristic among experts, and should been taken into account in the GDM decision process. The social network analysis (SNA) is a rapidly developing technology to deal with the problem about social network connections. In this paper, we address GDM problem with fuzzy preference relations where the experts have directed social network connections. And we use in-degree and out-degree centrality indices in SNA to build the social characteristics of the experts. …Then we utilize the importance induced ordered weighted averaging(I-IOWA) operator to aggregate all the individual fuzzy preference relations with social indices. Furthermore,we investigate the reciprocity, additive consistency and acceptable consistency properties about the obtained group fuzzy preference relations. A procedure of addressing GDM problem with fuzzy preference relations where the experts are within directed social network connections is developed. Moreover, we compare the results of the case where all the experts are independent and the case where all the experts are within directed social network connections. Some useful tips that affect final outranking result in the directed graphical social network connection are obtained. In the end, we summarize the main results of this paper and point out some research directions for future research. Show more

Abstract: This paper proposed a cuckoo search (CS) algorithm and self reunion multiple regression (SRMR) method based optimal tuning of proportional integral derivative (PID) controller with high order time delay system. The main part of this projected technique is in hybridizing SRMR with CS algorithm and so enhanced searching ability, random reduction and mitigated difficulty can be achieved. The main goal of this paper is to acquire the optimal control parameter of the PID controller depend on the outcome deviation of the higher order time delay system. In this projected technique is used to derive the SRMR function from the higher …order system output parameters. Here, the CS algorithm depends on the least square error (LSE) minimization function is used to optimize the SRMR coefficients. The projected technique is helps to achieve the best fit parameter of the higher order system and improving the consistency of the system. The projected technique is applied in the MATLAB/Simulink platform and examined under various types of higher order time delay systems. The efficiency of the projected technique is proved by the comparative analysis with the existing techniques. The differentiation results consistently prove the efficiency of the projected technique and verified its potential to resolve the related problems. Show more

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce and study states on hyper MV -algebras. First, we introduce the notions of Riečan states and Bosbach states on a hyper MV -algebra and derive some properties of them. Also, we investigate and characterize regular Riečan states and regular Bosbach states on a hyper MV -algebra. Moreover, using a Bosbach state on a hyper MV -algebra, we construct and discuss a quotient hyper MV -algebra. In particular, we obtain some equivalent conditions under which a quotient hyper MV -algebra becomes a Boolean algebra. Finally, we introduce the notion of state morphisms on hyper MV -algebras, …and discuss some relationships between state morphisms and Bosbach states. Show more

Abstract: The notions of supra soft topological space were first introduced by El-Sheikh et al. [5 ]. In this paper, we introduce the concept of soft supra strongly generalized closed sets (soft supra strongly g -closed for short) in a supra soft topological space (X , μ , E ) and study their properties in detail, which is a generalization to the notions of soft strongly g -closed sets [15 ] and supra generalized closed sets [11 ]. Here, we used the concept of supra soft closure, supra soft interior and supra soft open sets to define soft supra strongly generalized …closed sets. The relationship between soft supra strongly generalized closed sets and other existing soft sets have been investigated. Furthermore, the union and intersection of two soft supra strongly generalized closed (resp. open) sets have been obtained. It has been pointed out in this paper that many of these parameters studied have, in fact, applications in real world situations and therefore I believe that this is an extra justification for the work conducted in this paper. Abstract: This paper proposed a novel method to analyze the regional collaborative innovation evolution under the perspective of complex network. To clearly describe the complex network evolution problem, the concept of 1) “graph with the characteristic of dynamic” and 2) “network evolution” are provided in advance. Afterwards, we illustrate the internal structure of the regional collaborative innovation system, which contains several elements, such as universities, research institutes, enterprises, intermediary organizations, financial institutions, government and so on. Therefore, we can see that the regional collaborative innovation system can be regarded as a complex system. Furthermore, when the elements in the regional collaborative …innovation system can coordinate with each other well, it will be in good working order. In our proposed regional collaborative innovation evolution algorithm, to reduce the computation cost, we suppose that each node in the complex network can only connect to less than a specific nunber of neighbors. Particularly, for a given node, the maximum number of its neighbors is determined by node importance. Afterwards, the regional collaborative innovation evolution can be analyzed by the probability desity function which is calculated by the node importance and node connectivity. Finally, a case study is conducted to make performance evaluation, and we collect the raw dataset from five main sources in 2008–2013. Experimetal results demonstrate that the proposed algortihm can effectively analyze the regional collaborative innovation evolution. Moreover, utilizing the experimental results several suggestions are proposed for government. Show more

Abstract: Optimal feeder reconfiguration is a precious and valuable strategy that can improve the distribution system from different aspects such as power loss reduction, reliability enhancement, load balance improvement and power quality. Nevertheless, the charging demand of electric vehicles (EVs) can affect the optimal switching greatly. Therefore, this paper introduces a new stochastic framework to solve the optimal feeder reconfiguration in the presence of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs). The high volatile stochastic behavior of PHEVs is modeled in the proposed formulation and is considered in determining the optimal status of remotely controlled switches (RCSs). Also, a stochastic framework is constructed …based on point estimate method (PEM) with 2m -scheme wherein m is the number of uncertain parameters to capture the uncertainty effects. In addition, a new optimization algorithm based on teacher learning optimization (TLO) algorithm with a two-stage modification method are proposed to explore the entire search space globally. The objective function to be optimized is the total cost of the network incorporating the cost of supplying loads and PHEVs charging demand, cost of power losses and the cost of switching. The performance of the proposed method is examined on the IEEE standard distribution test system. Show more

Abstract: Most existing studies on decision-theoretic rough set approach focus on crisp decisions. However, in many cases, we need to handle fuzzy concepts. This paper investigates decision-theoretic rough set approach for fuzzy decisions. By introducing fuzzy operators, we extend the traditional decision-theoretic rough set approach with crisp decisions to fuzzy concepts. Decision-theoretic rough set approach with fuzzy concepts is investigated based on fuzzy probabilistic approximation space. Bayesian decision procedure based on fuzzy probabilistic approximation space with fuzzy concepts and fuzzy probabilistic decision systems with fuzzy or continuous decision attributes are studied. The application of the proposed approach in decision making is …also illustrated by an example. This study may expand the applications of decision-theoretic rough set model. Show more

Abstract: To overcome the missing detection of traditional external feature based stereo vision vehicle detection method while there were multiple vehicles on the road, this paper proposed a road vehicle detection method based on mean shift clustering and semi-global disparity map. Firstly, the semi-global optimization function was established to find the WTA solution based on the principle of optimal in scan lines, and the sub-pixel accurate semi-global disparity map was obtained by quadratic curve fitting. Then, the three dimensional environment and the point cloud were reconstructed from the stereo camera calibration data and the disparity map. After that, a road plane …extraction method was proposed based on the lane detection, and the ground point was removed. At last, based on the road vehicle feature analysis, the kernel function of Mean Shift clustering algorithm was optimized to realize the multiple vehicle positioning and detection. The real vehicle road experiment results indicated that this method has a good robustness to the road environment. Also it can effectively distinct multiple vehicle even if there is occlusion. Abstract: This study was intended to investigate the time-dependent autonomous task planning of agile imaging satellites. Based on the analysis of the major constraints of the problem, a model was established by integrating the satellite task planning with time-dependent scheduling. According to the dynamic observation requirements, the mode and framework of on-board autonomous task planning were designed by combining planning, decision-making, execution and feedback. A strategy of simultaneous planning and execution and a heuristic algorithm of rolling planning were proposed in order to replace the one-time global planning with successive local planning. Results demonstrated that the proposed method can not only …respond quickly to the dynamic observation requirements, but also allow more tasks to be imaged around the optimal time point. Show more
