Abstract: The shared supply chain model has provided new ideas for solving contradictions between supply and demand for large-scale standardized production by manufacturers and personalized demands of consumers. On the basis of a platform network effect perspective, this study constructs an evolutionary game model of value co-creation behavior for a shared supply chain platform and manufacturers, analyzes their evolutionary stable strategies, and uses numerical simulation analysis to further verify the model. The results revealed that the boundary condition for manufacturers to participate in value co-creation on a shared supply chain platform is that the net production cost of the manufacturers’ participation …in the platform value co-creation must be less than that of nonparticipation. In addition, the boundary condition for the shared supply chain platform to actively participate in value co-creation is that the cost of the shared supply chain platform for active participation in value co-creation must be less than that of passive participation. Moreover, value co-creation behavior on the shared supply chain platform is a dynamic game interaction process between players with different benefit perceptions. Finally, the costs and benefits generated by the network effect can affect value co-creation on shared supply chain platforms. Show more

Abstract: Based on the traffic data of Beijing, this paper uses the principal component analysis method to establish a reliable indicator system of efficiency evaluation. It then uses the three-stage DEA model to evaluate the efficiency of rail transit and ground bus in 2008–2017, which describes the development trend and effective situation of rail transit and ground bus in Beijing in the past ten years. Besides, it also compares and analyzes the calculated efficiency before and after the adjustment. The research shows that the overall operation efficiency of rail transit is high and rising year by year, but the overall operation …efficiency of ground bus is low and declining in recent years. The number of vehicles, as an environmental variable, leads to the virtual high and causes a significant impact on the comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency of rail transit, but has little impact on the scale efficiency. Also, it leads to the virtual high of comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency of ground bus but underestimates the scale efficiency. Show more

Abstract: This study aims to solve the problem of locating charging stations for public electric vehicles. We take into consideration the factors affecting charging station locations including mileage, electric vehicles distribution, and passenger distribution. A Non-deterministic Polynomial model aiming to minimize the total vehicle service distance is developed. We use an agent-based model to simulate the optimized charging station location based on Anylogic. Through a case study of Beijing, we test the model in five situations. The results of one situation show that the existing layout of the charging stations is unreasonable when charging frequency is sharply variant (basic model); this …paper optimizes the existing location by improving the constraint for the smallest number of charging stations (improved model); compared with the basic model, the improved model has a shorter response time to passenger demand, shorter service time for passengers but more mileage for electric vehicles. Abstract: The main body of the utility tunnel is all kinds of pipelines, so the normal operation of the pipelines is very important for the operation benefit of the comprehensive utility tunnel; meanwhile, identifying the potential risks of the pipelines in time can reduce the losses caused by the uncertain risks to the comprehensive utility tunnel. This paper uses the Stackelberg game model to analyze the risk information sharing among utility tunnel institutions which concludes in utility tunnel company and pipeline company, which is helpful for understanding the decision-making process in the game and its equilibrium results can guide utility tunnel …company’s decision-making behavior in seeking utility tunnel risk treatment. On this basis, this paper analyzes the potential disaster risk factors in the operation process of utility tunnel, and constructs the risk early warning model of integrated pipeline corridor based on Bayesian network. The results show that the potential disaster risk during the operation of utility tunnel is evaluated, and the overall risk probability level, the key path and key risk factors of the occurrence of disaster risk events are obtained. Abstract: With the volume growth of delivery business, terminal distribution plays a more and more important role in logistics as it faces consumers directly. User Profiling as an important tool to realize user-centric interaction design can provide more accurate information for terminal distribution. By user profiling, the design team can better understand and satisfy users and their demands for the product and service. This paper studies the problem of terminal delivery route planning considering user logistic profiles. It mainly generates user profiles from two aspects: consumers’ preference for self-pickup services and consumers’ complaint tendencies. Based on the results of user profiles, …an Adaptive Large Adjacent Search algorithm is established to design the delivery route of terminal distribution and determine the appropriate delivery strategy to reduce delivery costs and improve customer satisfaction. Abstract: With the development of the city, the passenger flow pressure of subway is increasing. At the same time, the daily travel of subway passengers produce a large amount of data such as inbound and outbound. How to use the big data to analyze the passenger flow is the key to solve the problems of crowded carriages and insufficient capacity in peak hours, high empty load rate in low hours and long waiting time for passengers. Based on the AFC data of Beijing subway system, this paper analyzes the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of the passenger flow in the subway …network. At the same time, taking subway line 5 as an example, it quantitatively calculates the imbalance coefficient of passenger flow in time, section and direction. Combined with the calculation results, it also proposes management optimization model and gives some adviceto the subway operation department from the aspects ofpassenger organization and transport management. Abstract: Developing regional transportation is an important part of the coordinated development of a regional economy. This study addresses the problem of uncoordinated regional transportation development and identifies ways to advance the development of the regional economy. Using a niche model and entropy method, this study analyzed the development status of regional transportation industry from three dimensions: structure, function, and environment. This included constructing an evaluation index system. The results show that the traffic development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in China is continuously improving, but there are clear gaps between the regions, and the development of the three dimensions significantly differs. …This highlights the importance of formulating regional transportation integration development measures according to the development status of each city and its own characteristics. Abstract: This study investigates the competitive game between high-speed rail and airline on price, profit and social welfare, taking into account the airline price discrimination. We build a multi-level price competition pricing Cournot model for high-speed rail and airline to shed light on the HSR-air transport competition impact of pricing discrimination when airline could offer multi-level class seats, and analyze the optimal pricing strategy of airlines and high-speed rail operators and their impact on social welfare. The analytical results demonstrate that: airline price dis-crimination will increase social welfare and reduce consumer surplus, both airfare and airline profit increase as the degree …of price discrimination increases welfare. However, HSR fare and profit decreases with the increase of the degree of price discrimination. Show more

Abstract: The rapid increase of China’s railway mileage and the effective release of transport capacity provide a basis for the development of tourist-dedicated train. Considering the decision-making between the railway enterprises and the local government on whether the tourist-dedicated train stops at the local station, the length of stay and the market price, the model of its operation plan is designed to solve algorithm problem and provide foundation for railway enterprises to improve the efficiency of operation. Based on the results of experiments, we found that the price sensitivity of consumers is negatively correlated with the pricing and income of tourist-dedicated …train. The higher the sensitivity of prices is, the lower the fares and profits of the tourist railways service will realize. In addition, the initial scale of tourism demand of each region along the railway has a direct impact on whether to build a stop in the area. A larger demand scale will increase the possibility of the tourist-dedicated train stopping. In this case, to develop the Mid-and High Tier tourist-dedicated train, the close contact and strategic cooperation with local governments before its opening should be traded-off and considered as important factors for the China National Rail.
