Abstract: The traditional distributed WSNs fire remote monitoring system has single monitoring variables and incomplete fire detection data, which leads to large monitoring error and long delay. A distributed WSNs fire remote monitoring system based on fuzzy algorithm is designed. The hardware part of the system consists of distributed WSNs fire remote monitor, air temperature and humidity parameters acquisition, LCD unit and system power supply unit. The remote fire monitor is designed by using microprocessor C8051F060, and the centralized monitoring of information is realized by using distributed WSNs. Based on this, the fuzzy algorithm is introduced to standardize the fire detection …data, and the fuzzy similar matrix is established. According to the improved similarity coefficient, the matrix is solved, the fuzzy equivalent matrix is calculated, and the optimal threshold value of fuzzy monitoring is determined. The fuzzy language monitoring rules are set by using three fuzzy variables of current, temperature and smoke to complete the design of distributed WSNs fire remote monitoring system. The simulation results show that: compared with the traditional fire monitoring system, the system designed in this paper has higher throughput limit, shorter delay, and the accuracy rate of monitoring and alarm is higher than 95%. The experimental results show that the system has good generalization ability and is suitable for large-scale high-rise buildings and large-scale networks. Show more

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of automatic classification of point cloud in the investigation of vegetation resources in the straw checkerboard barriers region, an improved random forest point cloud classification algorithm was proposed. According to the problems of decision tree redundancy and absolute majority voting in the existing random forest algorithm, first the similarity of the decision tree was calculated based on the tree edit distance, further clustered reduction based on the maximum and minimum distance algorithm, and then introduced classification accuracy of decision tree to construct weight matrix to implement weighted voting at the voting stage. Before random forest classification, …based on the characteristics of point cloud data, a total of 20 point cloud single-point features and multi-point statistical features were selected to participate in point cloud classification, based on the point cloud data spatial distribution characteristics, three different scales for selecting point cloud neighborhoods were set based on the point cloud density, point cloud classification feature sets at different scales were constructed, optimizing important features of point cloud to participate in point cloud classification calculation after variable importance scored. The experimental results showed that the point cloud classification based on the optimized random forest algorithm in this paper achieved a total classification accuracy of 94.15% in dataset 1 acquired by lidar, the overall accuracy of classification on dataset 2 obtained by dense matching reaches 92.03%, both were higher than the unoptimized random forest algorithm and MRF, SVM point cloud classification method, and dimensionality reduction through feature optimization can greatly improve the efficiency of the algorithm. Abstract: The artificial potential field method is usually applied to the path planning problem of driverless cars or mobile robots. For example, it has been applied for the obstacle avoidance problem of intelligent cars and the autonomous navigation system of storage robots. However, there have been few studies on its application to intelligent bridge cranes. The artificial potential field method has the advantages of being a simple algorithm with short operation times. However, it is also prone to problems of unreachable targets and local minima. Based on the analysis of the operating characteristics of bridge cranes, a two-dimensional intelligent running environment …model of a bridge crane was constructed in MATLAB. According to the basic theory of the artificial potential field method, the double-layer artificial potential field method was deduced, and the path and track fuzzy processing method was proposed. These two methods were implemented in MATLAB simulations. The results showed that the improved artificial potential field method could avoid static obstacles efficiently. Show more

Abstract: Due to the influence of filters and multipath channels, the received signal of the current symbol will be affected by the interference of the previous symbol and the next symbol, the interference will reduce the performance of channel estimation, especially when the SF is relatively low, which will affect the system throughput rate. In this paper, based on BPSK chirp spread spectrum modulation system, we first describe the channel estimation of matched filtering and FFT, and derive the influence of ISI on the channel estimation of the current pilot symbol. Then we proposed the improved channel estimation based on the …estimated time delay spread and transmitted signals. Finally, we simulate the MSE performance of channel estimation under different channels and different transmitted signals. The simulation results show that the MSE performance of the improved channel estimation can be improved under different channel when the SF is low, and higher throughput can be obtained. Show more

Abstract: If robot uses 2D lidar or binocular camera to locate obstacles, there will be some problems such as missing obstacle information or inaccurate obstacle locating, which will affect the normal work of the robot. In order to obtain accurate 3D obstacle information, this paper proposes an algorithm for fusing 2D lidar and binocular vision to complete the obstacle location. In this paper, the depth value of the 2D lidar point cloud is used as a benchmark. By fitting the error equation of the binocular camera point cloud depth value, the depth value of the camera point cloud is modified to …obtain an accurate 3D camera point cloud, thereby obtaining an accurate 3D obstacle information. Many experiments have proved that the fusion algorithm of 2D lidar and binocular vision can obtain accurate 3D obstacle information. The method of fusion 2D lidar and binocular vision can approximately achieve the measurement effect of 3D lidar, and the point cloud of obstacles is relatively dense, so the accurate 3D obstacle information can be obtained. This method can reduce the influence of single sensor on the robot locating obstacles, thus completing the accurate locating of obstacles, which is of certain significance to robot navigation. Abstract: Gait pattern generation has an important influence on the walking quality of biped robots. In most gait pattern generation method, it is usually assumed that the torso remains vertial during walking. It is very intuitive and simple. However, is the gait pattern of keeping the torso vertical the most efficient? This paper presents a gait pattern in which the torso has pitch motion during walking. We define the cyclic gait of a seven-link biped robot with multiple gait parameters. The gait parameters are determined by optimization. The optimization criterion is choosen to minimize the energy consumption per unit distance of …the biped robot. In order to compare the energy consumption of the proposed gait pattern with the one of torso vertical gait pattern, we generate two sets of optimal gait with various walking step lengths and walking periods. The results show that the proposed gait pattern is more energy-efficiency than the torso vertical gait pattern. Show more

Abstract: Green flash light (FG) and green countdown (GC) are the two most common signal formats applied in green-red transition that provides drivers additional alert before termination of green phase. Due to their importance and function in stop-pass decision-making process, proper use of them has become a critical issue to greatly improve the safety and efficiency of signalized intersections. Gradually e-bike riders have become more important commuters in China, however, the influence of FG or GC on them is not clear yet and need pay more attention to it. This study chooses two almost identical intersections to obtain highly accurate trajectory …data of e-bike riders to study their decision-making behaviors under FG or GC. The e-bike riders’ behavior is classified into four categories and is to identify their stop-pass decision points using the acceleration trend. Two binary-logit models were built to predict the stop–pass decision behaviors for the different e-bike rider groups, explaining that the potential time to the stop-line is the dominant independent factor of the different behaviors of GC and FG. Furthermore empirical analysis of decision points indicated that GC provides the earlier stop-pass decision point and longer decision making duration on the one side while results in more complexity of decision making and greater risk of stop-line crossing than FG on the other side. Abstract: The rapid development of object oriented programming (OOP) technology has made it one of the mainstream programming technologies that has been widely used in the design and development of object oriented software (OOS). The inheritance, encapsulation and polymorphism properties of object-oriented language can improve the reusability, scalability and interoperability of software while increasing the difficulty of testing OOS. Researchers have proposed a variety of testing methods to test OOS among which random testing (RT) has been widely used due to its simplicity and ease of use. An OMISS-ARTsum algorithm is proposed in this paper that uses improved OMISS random test …FSCS-ART with max-sum standard, which is an implementation version of fixed-sized-candidate-set ART. The OMISS-ARTsum algorithm calculates the total distance between a candidate test case and the executed test case set before the next test case is selected from the set of candidate test cases. Unlike the traditional max-sum based FSCS-ART algorithm, OMISS-ARTsum does not calculate the distance between each executed test case and the candidate case and then sum up the total distance, but uses the method of summing up all the executed test cases and the candidate cases. The information of executing test cases is saved as a whole and the distance between the executed test case set and candidate cases is calculated at the same time. Experiment shows that compared to the OMISS-ART algorithm, the proposed OMISS-ARTsum algorithm can reduce the time overhead. Show more
