Abstract: In this paper, the free join- and meet-completions of an L -ordered set are built and characterized. Then we give the definitions of Δ 1 -directed objects and intermediate structures, and show that the Δ 1 -directed object precisely is the Dedekind-MacNeille completion of the intermediate structure in the bounded L -lattice case.

Abstract: In this paper, we consider Goursat boundary value problems for fuzzy delay fractional partial differential equations under Caputo gH-derivatives. Firstly, the unique solvability of the problems in finite domain is considered. Secondly, by restricting the force function and boundary conditions by exponential growth and using fixed point approach, the existence and the Ulam-Hyers stability of fuzzy mild solutions of the problem in infinite domain are investigated in two types with different geometric behaviors. It is necessary to implement that in many engineering applications, e.g. numerical solutions of a fuzzy dynamical system, the object of optimization problems or the trajectory of …a economical dynamics etc., where finding the exact solution is more difficult than solving its approximate solutions, Ulam-Hyers stability is quite useful. Finally, as usual some examples are given to illustrate the obtained theoretical results. Show more

Abstract: Realistically, it isn’t invariably the case that decision makers (DMs) or experts are capable of evaluating alternatives by means of exact values. With the uncertain information achieved, the DMs tend to offer their evaluations by giving various values in corresponding parameters. Hesitant fuzzy soft sets (HFSSs) permit each element to possess diverse number of parameter values of those parameters are denoted by multiple conceivable membership values. This paper develops three novel decision making methods in hesitant fuzzy soft text. First, the revised hesitant fuzzy aggregation operators are proposed for avoiding the counterintuitive phenomena. Later, the objective weights of diverse parameters …are counted by deviation-based method. Then, we introduce the combination weights, which can reveal both the subjective decision information and the objective decision information. Afterwards, we present three methods for dealing hesitant fuzzy soft decision making issue via revised aggregation operators, WDBA (Weighted Distance Based Approximation) and CODAS (COmbinative Distance-based ASsessment). Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of algorithms are stated by some numerical examples. The notable traits of the developed algorithms, compared to the existing hesitant fuzzy soft decision making algorithms, are (1) they can achieve the best alternative out of counterintuitive phenomena; (2) they have a stronger ability in differentiating the best alternative; (3) they can forbear the parameter selection issues. Abstract: The theory of soft sets is a powerful mathematical tool to handle the vagueness in data, while the m -polar fuzzy (m F, for short) sets have ability to deal with uncertainty as well as multi-polarity of the data in many situations. In this research article we present two novel hybrid models for soft computing, namely, m -polar fuzzy N -soft sets ((m , N )-soft sets, for short) and m -polar fuzzy N -soft rough sets ((m , N )-soft rough sets, for short). We define related concepts and investigate some of their fundamental properties. We also present applications …of these hybrid models to multi-attribute decision-making. Show more

Abstract: In this paper, an innovative multi-attribute decision making method is developed for the two-sided matching, where the psychological behaviors of matching bodies are considered, and the values of aspiration levels and evaluations are represented in three formats: hesitant fuzzy set (HFS), interval-valued hesitant fuzzy set (IVHFS) and hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set (HFLTS)). Specifically, the distances between evaluations and aspiration levels are calculated. Then, based on prospect theory, the aspiration levels are regarded as the reference points, and the gain and loss matrices of matching bodies are constructed, subsequently. Next, the overall prospect value matrices are constructed. Furthermore, a multi-objective …optimization model maximizing the overall prospect values of two-sided matching bodies is built to determine the matching results. And a fast bi-objective non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (BNSGA) is designed to solve the proposed model. Finally, an example is provided to illustrate the potential applications of the proposed method. Show more

Abstract: The probabilistic linguistic term sets (PLTSs) allow experts to express their preferences on one linguistic term over another. However, when the probability of linguistic term given is internal number nor numerical value. The PLTS is no way to express it. Therefore, Bai et al. proposed the definition of uncertain probabilistic linguistic term set (UPLTS). In this paper, we first propose a priority degree method for interval number and possibility degree method for PLTS. Second, based on the above mentioned two methods, we propose a new possibility degree method for UPLTS to solve the problem of Bai et al’s possibility degree …method. Third, we propose two aggregation operators for UPLTSs, which are uncertain probabilistic linguistic geometric Bonferroni mean (UPLGBM) operator and weighted uncertain probabilistic linguistic geometric Bonferroni mean (WUPLGBM) operator, and theirs properties. Then, based on possibility degree method for UPLTS and UPLGBM (WUPLGBM) operator, we propose a multi-criteria decision-making method for UPLTSs. Finally, we illustrate the relationship between Bai et al’s decision-making method and our method by an example. The result show that our method is more rational than Bai et al’s method. Show more

Abstract: The hybrid soft sets such as, fuzzy soft sets and soft fuzzy rough sets, have been regarded as mathematical tools for handling uncertainties. The aim of this paper is to develop a novel decision making approach for fuzzy soft sets. The modal-style operators of formal context are introduced to fuzzy soft sets and some basic properties of these operators are discussed in detail. A novel fuzzy soft set based decision making approach is presented by using modal-style operators. Further, some shortcomings of an existing decision making method have been highlighted and overcome by the proposed decision making approach. Some numerical …examples are employed to show the effectiveness of the approach presented in this study. Show more

Abstract: In the present paper, we introduce the notion of q ′-compact in Łukasiewicz near semirings and we prove that if induced lattice with an antitone involution of a Łukasiewicz near semiring is a complete lattice and q ′-compact, then the induced lattice is a strongly algebraically closed lattice. Also, it is shown that every Łukasiewicz near semiring is representable as a Sheffer stroke basic algebra. In the final part of the article, we prove that the variety of Sheffer stroke basic algebras is congruence regular and arithmetical.

Abstract: This paper addresses an extension of the concept of topological spaces to that of hesitant fuzzy spaces. The topology is established using a conjunction and disjunction operator on hesitant fuzzy sets whose properties are discussed in the beginning. Some examples are discussed before introducing the concepts of interior and closure of a hesitant fuzzy set. The properties of these operators are verified to justify the definitions. The concepts of a hesitant fuzzy subspace topology and continuous mappings on hesitant fuzzy sets are studied. The concepts of connectedness and compactness of hesitant fuzzy topological spaces are studied and various results regarding …them are proved. Show more

Abstract: Query intents describe user information needs for searching on the web. How to capture the query intents is a crucial research topic in information retrieval. Search engine users always employ insufficient or unclear words as queries, thus making query intents ambiguous and uncertain to be interpreted by search engines. Query intent classification can deal with the problem by clarifying user queries and interpreting information needs for improving user satisfaction. Two main challenges have been addressed to classify query intents: one is how to effectively represent short and ambiguous queries; the other is how to generate a set of appropriate categories …for matching diverse queries. In the paper, we propose a hybrid deep neural network model for query intent classification to meet the challenges. Our model adopts two state-of-the-art neural network models to comprehensively represent queries as feature vectors. We then employ query logs to automatically generate intermediate categories for fine-grained query intent clarification. Experimental results show that our method can outperform other baseline models, and effectively improve the performance in query intent classification. Show more
