Abstract: In this paper, relations between hull operators which correspond to convex structures formed by cut sets of a given M -fuzzifying convex structure and cut sets of the hull operator of that M -fuzzifying convex structure are discussed. Then concepts of M -fuzzifying Join-Hull Commutativity property and M -fuzzifying Peano property are introduced and characterized, respectively. Also, it is proved that an M -fuzzifying convex structure which has M -fuzzifying JHC property is of arity ≤ 2 and that the segment operator of an M -fuzzifying convex structure of arity ≤2 has M -fuzzifying JHC property iff it has M …-fuzzifying Peano property. Abstract: Urban transformation projects are prepared with the purpose to rehabilitate urban areas and/or to mitigate disaster risk. Urban transformation projects should be realized in the cities where urbanization planning is not well-organized in the past and rapid perfunctory urbanization occurs. Selecting the appropriate urban transformation projects and prioritizing them is important in the cities where there are multiple problems such as earthquake risk, flood risk and landslide risk. Prioritization of transformation projects is a multicriteria decision making problem, in which multiple stakeholders have diverse perspectives. The fuzzy set theory enables us to make mathematical operations with the linguistic evaluations in …a multicriteria decision making method. In urban transformation problems, especially for subjective criteria, stakeholders usually prefer making linguistic evaluations. When decision makers show hesitancy in their evaluations, hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets (HFLTS) can be used to integrate various linguistic evaluations without losing any information. Istanbul is the largest metropolitan of Turkey where a probable earthquake is expected in the near future. In this paper, a new linguistic group decision making based hesitant fuzzy TOPSIS approach for evaluating urban transformation projects is proposed and a real world application for Istanbul is provided. Four urban transformation alternatives for Istanbul are prioritized by the proposed method and a sensitivity analysis is conducted. Show more

Abstract: A notion of Quadripartitioned Single Valued Neutrosophic Sets (QSVNS) is introduced and a theoretical study on various set-theoretic operations on them has been carried out. The definitions of distance, similarity measure and entropy have been proposed. Finally an application of the proposed similarity measure in a problem pertaining to pattern recognition has been shown.

Abstract: The evaluation of the customer satisfaction of “Door-to-Door” whole-process logistic service refers to a multiple attribute decision making problem. In this paper, we study on the multiple attribute decision making using interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. Inspired by the idea of dependent aggregation, we design the dependent interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher weighted geometric (DIVIFHWG) operator, where the associated weights rely on the aggregated interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy arguments and can lower the influence of unfair interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy arguments on the aggregated results via allocating low weights to “false” and “biased” ones and then utilized these elements to design some methods for …multiple attribute decision making with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. In the end, an example to evaluate the customer satisfaction of “Door-to-Door” whole-process logistic service is provided to test the proposed algorithm. Show more
