Abstract: EQ-algebras were introduced by Novák and De Baets with the intent to develop an algebraic structure of truth values for fuzzy type theory. In this paper, the notions of implicative prefilters and positive implicative prefilters in EQ-algebras are introduced and several characterizations of them are obtained. The relationship between implicative prefilters and positive implicative prefilters is considered. It is proved that implicative prefilters and positive implicative prefilters are equivalent on good IEQ-algebras. The extension theorems of implicative prefilters and positive implicative prefilters are obtained. Furthermore, the quotient algebras induced by positive implicative filters are studied.

Abstract: Although works on soft set theory have been studied in various directions by many researchers, in this paper, we investigate soft set theory in new methods which are different from the old. First, we introduce the notion of topological universe, which is a special universe having a topology defined on the given universe. Abstract: In this paper, an extension of SIR method, a multiple attributes hesitant fuzzy group decision making technique, to a group decision environment is investigated, where the individual decision value and the weights of attributes and experts are provided as hesitant fuzzy information. Abstract: With respect to the random multi-attribute decision making problems with trapezoidal fuzzy probability and unknown weight, a multi-attribute decision making method based on prospect theory is proposed. To begin with, the definition of trapezoidal fuzzy probability is given, and the selection principles for decision-making reference point in prospect theory are discussed. Further, the prospect value function and probability weight function of the trapezoidal fuzzy number based on the decision-making reference point of each attribute are constructed. Then, the prospect value of attribute for every alternative is calculated through prospect value function and probability weight function of the trapezoidal fuzzy number, …and attribute weights are calculated by the variation coefficient method, and all the alternatives are ranked by the weighted prospect values and TOPSIS method, respectively. Abstract: The global energy sector faces major challenges in providing sufficient energy to the world's ever increasing energy demand. Methods to produce a greener, cost effective and reliable source of alternative energy needs to be explored and exploited. One of those methods is done by integrating (or hybridizing) multiple different alternative energy sources (e.g. wind turbine generators, photovoltaic cell panels and fuel-fired generators, equipped with storage batteries) to form a distributed generation (DG) power system. However, even with DG power systems, cost effectiveness, reliability and pollutant emissions are still major issues that need to be resolved. The model development and optimization …of the DG power system was carried out successfully in the previous work using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). The goal was to minimize cost, maximize reliability and minimize emissions (multi-objective) subject to the requirements of the power balance and design constraints. In this work, due to the uncertain nature on the weather conditions, the power output from the PV cells, WTG and the storage batteries which are subject to insolation and wind conditions were fuzzified in an effort to create a more realistic model. Abstract: In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problem based on the arithmetic aggregation operators with hesitant fuzzy linguistic information. Then, motivated by the ideal of traditional arithmetic operation, we have developed some aggregation operators for aggregating hesitant fuzzy linguistic information: hesitant fuzzy linguistic weighted average (HFLWA) operator, hesitant fuzzy linguistic ordered weighted average (HFLOWA) operator and hesitant fuzzy linguistic hybrid average (HFLHA) operator. Abstract: The proposed approach presents a hybrid evolutionary algorithm to overcome the Distribution Network Reconfiguration (DNR) problem. This approach combines the Chaotic Particle Swarm Optimization (CPSO) and Teaching-Learning-Based Optimization (TLBO) to find the global optima in more efficient way. Similar to the other evolutionary algorithms, in order to achieve a proper performance, PSO has some parameters i.e. inertia weight factor, which should be adjusted. But the TLBO is free from adjusting parameters and find the optimum solution without tuning any parameters. In order to overcome the problem of the tuning of the PSO algorithms a chaotic framework is implemented to tune …the inertia weight factor dynamically. The learning factors of PSO algorithm are considered as a fix number. The CPSO is mixed to TLBO in order to improve the quality of solutions. The obtained hybrid algorithm is applied to minimize the electrical power loss of distribution network by usage of the network reconfiguration. Abstract: Hesitant fuzzy sets, originally proposed by Torra, can be used as an efficient tool for dealing with situations in which experts hesitate between several numerical values to define the membership of an element in a quantitative setting. However, similar situations may occur in qualitative settings where experts hesitate between several possible linguistic terms to assess the membership of an element. To deal with such cases, Rodríguez et al. [21] introduced the concept of a hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set (HFLTS). A hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set is an ordered finite subset of consecutive linguistic terms of a linguistic term set. …However, it is noted that there are situations where the linguistic terms contained in the hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set are not consecutive. To address this issue, in this paper, we extend the hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set and introduce the concept of a hesitant fuzzy linguistic set (HFLS) by combining the hesitant fuzzy set and the fuzzy linguistic approach. Then, we develop some hesitant fuzzy linguistic aggregation operators to aggregate the input arguments taking the form of hesitant fuzzy linguistic sets (HFLSs). We also investigate the relationships among these operators. Furthermore, we extend the hesitant fuzzy linguistic set to uncertain linguistic environments, i.e., present the concept of a hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic set (HFULS). We develop some hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic aggregation operators to aggregate the input arguments taking the form of hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic sets (HFULSs). We study the relationships among these operators. Next, we utilize the hesitant fuzzy linguistic aggregation operators to develop an approach to multiple attribute group decision making with hesitant fuzzy linguistic information and utilize the hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic aggregation operators to develop an approach to multiple attribute group decision making with hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic information.
