Abstract: With the increase of the number of loaded goods, the number of optional loading schemes will increase exponentially. It is a long time and low efficiency to determine the loading scheme with experience. Genetic algorithm is a search heuristic algorithm used to solve optimization in the field of computer science artificial intelligence. Genetic algorithm can effectively select the optimal loading scheme but unable to utilize weight and volume capacity of cargo and truck. In this paper, we propose hybrid Genetic and fuzzy logic based cargo-loading decision making model that focus on achieving maximum profit with maximum utilization of weight and …volume capacity of cargo and truck. In this paper, first of all, the components of the problem of goods stowage in the distribution center are analyzed systematically, which lays the foundation for the reasonable classification of the problem of goods stowage and the establishment of the mathematical model of the problem of goods stowage. Secondly, the paper abstracts and defines the problem of goods loading in distribution center, establishes the mathematical model for the optimization of single car three-dimensional goods loading, and designs the genetic algorithm for solving the model. Finally, Matlab is used to solve the optimization model of cargo loading, and the good performance of the algorithm is verified by an example. From the performance evaluation analysis, proposed the hybrid system achieve better outcomes than the standard SA model, GA method, and TS strategy. Show more

Abstract: In recent years, social network analysis is one of the top 20 fields of artificial intelligence. Based on the network signal theory, this study examines the influence of the dual network embeddedness on the premiums of Chinese initial public offerings (IPOs). In this paper we proposed fuzzy regression model for forecasting the impact of venture capital network and underwriter network on IPO premium based on some hypothesis. We find that: (1) Enterprises embedded in the central position of venture capital network will increase the IPO secondary market premium; (2) Secondly, employing underwriter in the central position of underwriting network will …increase the IPO secondary market premium; (3) As venture capital are getting closer to the central position of venture capital network, the influence of underwriter network centrality in underwriting network on the increase of IPO secondary market reaction will gradually weaken. The research shows that occupying central position both in venture capital syndication network and underwriting network have the functions of sending signals, then increase the IPO secondary market premium, but the functions of different network signals will replace each other. Abstract: The problem of waste reduction is particularly emphasized the sources of environmental income i.e. tax and unit-pricing, instead of stimulus recycling administrative in the published literatures. A long-term rebate policy for recycling fund allowance was implemented in different metropolitan districts. However, evaluating the recycling performance at the local level does not include examining its rationality and efficiency in detail. To understand the uncertainty of role in decision making for substitute ranking, analysis based on decision making using fuzzy interval for performance assessment. This article redefines the criteria for evaluating recycling performance at the township level with assistance of artificial intelligence, …and illustrates the results. We used a simple and swift evaluation process, namely, the VIKOR method, in place of the traditional public hearing or the Delphi method. The conclusion derived from the results can be used to analyze the effectiveness of the rebate policy for recycling at the township level. Show more

Abstract: With the deepening of reform and opening up, the social management function of county government is becoming more and more important. As one of the symbols of the maturity of modern country, public service function is not only a test of the comprehensive ability of the country, but also a profound practice of serving the people. Aiming at the problem that traditional genetic algorithm is easy to fall into local optimal solution and its performance is unstable, an adaptive genetic algorithm (CEAGA) based on co-evolution is proposed. And then combined with some of the constraints inherent in the battlefield situation, …a comprehensive evaluation model was established. The analysis on social cooperative governance is carried based on the fuzzy TOPSIS which is utilised for making multi criteria decision making situations. Research shows that the innovation of the public service supply mechanism must respect the reality of China’s political ecology, ensure the government’s dominant position in the governance of public affairs, and at the same time correctly respond to the development of social forces. The theory of collaborative governance also provides a new research perspective for the innovation and development of public service mechanisms. Show more

Abstract: The multifractal behaviors in financial markets results from temporal correlations as well as broad distribution. To evaluate the intrinsic multifractality caused by temporal correlations, surrogate approach is employed under the rank order remapping technique and sign randomization. In contrast to raw multifractality, it is found that intrinsic multifractality is more stable across many years. In this work, we utilize ANFIS model for estimating the intrinsic multifractality in financial returns. Furthermore, the intrinsic multifractality of serial major instruments are highly correlated, which can be served as an index of global market.

Abstract: The ultimate goal of listed companies is to maximize shareholders’ wealth. With the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprise managers are constantly exploring the key indicators that have an important impact on the financial performance (FP) of enterprises, and achieve the expected FP of shareholders by improving these key indicators. On the basis of the existing enterprise performance measurement system and index research, through expert scoring to determine the secondary indicators, this paper selects 87 small and medium-sized board listed companies which officially announced the implementation of equity incentive from 2009 to 2012 as the sample, takes the financial information disclosed …in 2013 as the empirical data, and analyzes the traditional multiple linear regression analysis (MLR) When dealing with big data, especially the data with hierarchical structure, this paper proposes a partial regression coefficient calculation model based on hierarchical data, constructs a multiple nonlinear regression model, and concludes through empirical analysis that there is a nonlinear correlation between equity incentive ratio and corporate performance, and that there is an interval effect between equity incentive ratio and corporate performance. We also present Fuzzy based financial performance prediction of listed companies. Finally, we demonstrate Comparative analysis for financial prediction in term of accuracy between multiple regression model and fuzzy logic system and result deduce that fuzzy logic gives better accuracy than regression model. Abstract: From the perspective of consumption preference and bequest preference, this paper constructs a financial actuarial model and studies thelifetime value change of senior citizens to participate in housing reverse mortgage(HRM). The research results are as follows: (1) The trade-off between changes in the value of consumption and inheritance is the main decision rule to participate in housing reverse mortgage(HRM), and the intensity of bequest motivation is an important constraint mechanism to the lifetime expectation value of the senior citizensparticipating in housing reverse mortgage(HRM); (2) When the bequest motivation of the elderly is relatively weak, the elderly have conversely strong consumption …preference, and the elderly participating in the non-redemption HRM can obtain higher lifelong value change; (3) When the bequest motivation of the elderly is relatively strong, the elderly have correspondingly strong bequest preference. Participating in the HRM with redemption option can realize the option of retaining part of the heritage value and reduce the volatility of heritage loss. Therefore, the restriction of bequest motivation on the demand of the elderly can be reduced to a certain extent, which is more suitable for the retired residents with strong heritage motivation. Abstract: In this era of artificial intelligence and information, the transformation and upgrading of enterprises plays a crucial role in their development. This study analyzes the regulatory penalties of listed companies published by the Shenzhen and Shanghai stock exchanges from 1996 to 2017, and explores the relationship between the number of enforcements of these companies and their innovation ability. Existing research literature confirms that board characteristics, including the gender of the CEO and whether the CEO has an overseas background, will have a significant impact on the company’s ability to innovate and the likelihood of corporate penalties. Therefore, this study selects …the two moderator variables of the chairman’s gender and whether the chairman has overseas study background. This study uses the To bit model and establishes three hypotheses to verify whether the company’s ability to innovate can significantly affect the number of times they are enforced, whether the chairman’s gender and whether the chairman’s overseas background will have a moderator effect on this relationship. The analysis results confirm these three assumptions. Show more

Abstract: Artificial Intelligence based Fuzzy Importance Performance Analysis Model (AFIPA)With the transformation of economic system, migrant workers transfer employment from underdeveloped areas to economically developed areas, and children’s reading has become one of the important things for migrant workers and families. With the increase of children in the immigration area year by year, the pressure on education in the immigration area has gradually increased, which has become one of the social problems to be solved by the government in the immigration area. The speed of school construction cannot keep up with the growth of children, and because it takes up a …lot of resources, funds and manpower, the government is not very enthusiasticin the immigration area. The stakeholders involved are always playing a game. How to achieve the best state is a difficult problem. After the central government’s policywereissuedabout solving the enrollment problem of migrant workers’children in school, local acceptance criteria for admitting migrant children to school were formulated. However, when lowering the admission threshold, all localities always look to other areas for fear of falling too low to become a basin of confluence, which cause an unbearable burden. In this paper fuzzy based analytic theory has been analysed Through the game analysis of various stakeholders, and taking Shengze Town, Jiangsu Province as an example, this paper puts forward some fuzzy policy suggestions, hoping to provide some new experience in promoting migrant children’s education in the future. Abstract: This study takes the product ethnicity perspective to investigate how monolingual Taiwanese consumers respond to products from developed countries when the consumer culture positioning (CCP) is global versus foreign versus local. Our experiment has a 2 (high vs. low fit of product ethnicity) × 3 (global vs. foreign vs. local ad appeal) design. Two mediating mechanisms are introduced to explain how ad fluency and brand information credibility impact ad effectiveness. These findings provide insights regarding the impact of a product’s country of origin and have implications for international marketing and advertising strategies.
