Abstract: In this era of artificial intelligence and information, the transformation and upgrading of enterprises plays a crucial role in their development. This study analyzes the regulatory penalties of listed companies published by the Shenzhen and Shanghai stock exchanges from 1996 to 2017, and explores the relationship between the number of enforcements of these companies and their innovation ability. Existing research literature confirms that board characteristics, including the gender of the CEO and whether the CEO has an overseas background, will have a significant impact on the company’s ability to innovate and the likelihood of corporate penalties. Therefore, this study selects …the two moderator variables of the chairman’s gender and whether the chairman has overseas study background. This study uses the To bit model and establishes three hypotheses to verify whether the company’s ability to innovate can significantly affect the number of times they are enforced, whether the chairman’s gender and whether the chairman’s overseas background will have a moderator effect on this relationship. The analysis results confirm these three assumptions. Show more

Abstract: Artificial Intelligence based Fuzzy Importance Performance Analysis Model (AFIPA)With the transformation of economic system, migrant workers transfer employment from underdeveloped areas to economically developed areas, and children’s reading has become one of the important things for migrant workers and families. With the increase of children in the immigration area year by year, the pressure on education in the immigration area has gradually increased, which has become one of the social problems to be solved by the government in the immigration area. The speed of school construction cannot keep up with the growth of children, and because it takes up a …lot of resources, funds and manpower, the government is not very enthusiasticin the immigration area. The stakeholders involved are always playing a game. How to achieve the best state is a difficult problem. After the central government’s policywereissuedabout solving the enrollment problem of migrant workers’children in school, local acceptance criteria for admitting migrant children to school were formulated. However, when lowering the admission threshold, all localities always look to other areas for fear of falling too low to become a basin of confluence, which cause an unbearable burden. In this paper fuzzy based analytic theory has been analysed Through the game analysis of various stakeholders, and taking Shengze Town, Jiangsu Province as an example, this paper puts forward some fuzzy policy suggestions, hoping to provide some new experience in promoting migrant children’s education in the future. Abstract: Computing and Artificial Intelligent technology has changed the ecosystem of advertising industry and social economy. Observations on social changes can help enterprises and advertisers better adapting to this pervasive computing age. This study aims to examine the lifestyles of the new urban middle class in emerging market and their attitudes towards advertising. We carried out an investigation in four Tier-1 cities in China and identified six comprehensive lifestyle factors: trendy and success-driven, “Western is best,” petty bourgeoisie lifestyle, money conscious, lifestyle of health and sustainability, and pragmatic struggling lifestyle; and further segmented new urban middle-class consumers into four groups: experiencers, …strivers, trendy achievers, and pragmatists. The attitudes of four lifestyle segments towards advertising have been examined. The study provides precise user portraits of the growing middle-class consumers and intra-class differences in the emerging market. Show more

Abstract: This study takes the product ethnicity perspective to investigate how monolingual Taiwanese consumers respond to products from developed countries when the consumer culture positioning (CCP) is global versus foreign versus local. Our experiment has a 2 (high vs. low fit of product ethnicity) × 3 (global vs. foreign vs. local ad appeal) design. Two mediating mechanisms are introduced to explain how ad fluency and brand information credibility impact ad effectiveness. These findings provide insights regarding the impact of a product’s country of origin and have implications for international marketing and advertising strategies.
