Abstract: The density peaks clustering (DPC) algorithm is a novel density-based clustering approach. Outliers can be spotted and excluded automatically, and clusters can be found regardless of the shape and of dimensionality of the space in which they are embedded. However, it still has problems when processing a complex data set with irregular shapes and varying densities to get a good clustering result with anomaly detection. A density fragment clustering (DFC) algorithm without peaks algorithm is proposed with inspiration from DPC, DBSCAN and SCAN to cope with a larger number of data sets. Abstract: In variational analysis, Γ-convergence proved its importance because almost all other convergences can be expressed as Γ-convergence. The discussion about maximization and minimization is also fundamental in variational analysis. In this paper, we define three topologies τ M - , τ M + , τ M on the collection of intuitionistic fuzzy sets based on maxima operator. Furthermore, convergences in these topologies are proved to be compatible with Γ- , Γ+ , Γ convergences when intuitionistic fuzzy sets are upper semicontinuous with locally compact Hausdroff domain.

Abstract: We introduce the concept of bipolar fuzzy matroids and describe some properties of various types of bipolar fuzzy matroids. We apply the notion of bipolar fuzzy matroids to graph theory and linear algebra. We present closure of a bipolar fuzzy matroid, bipolar fuzzy rank function, fundamental sequence, circuit rectangles and put special emphasis on bipolar fuzzy circuits. We also describe certain applications of bipolar fuzzy matroids in decision support system and network analysis.

Abstract: The notion of pseudo-BCI algebra is introduced by W.A. Dudek and Y.B. Jun, it is a kind of non-classical logic algebra and a generalization of pseudo-BCK algebra which is close connection with various non-commutative fuzzy logic algebras. The concept of soft set is introduced by Molodtsov, it can be seen as a new mathematical tool for dealing with uncertainty. In this paper, soft set theory is applied to pseudo-BCI algebras, the new notions of soft pseudo-BCI algebras and filteristic soft pseudo-BCI algebras are introduced. The relationships between soft pseudo-BCI algebras and soft non-commutative residuated lattices are presented. Abstract: This paper presents a novel complex neutrosophic soft expert set (CNSES) concept. The range of values of CNSES is extended to the unit circle in the complex plane by adding an additional term called the phase term which describes CNSES’s elements in terms of the time aspect. CNSES is a hybrid structure of soft sets and single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) defined in a complex setting where the experts’ opinions are included, thus making it highly suitable for use in decision-making problems that involve uncertain and indeterminate data where the time factor plays a key role in determining the final decision. …Based on this new concept we define some concepts related to this notion as well as some basic operations namely the complement, union, intersection, AND and OR. The basic properties and relevant laws pertaining to this concept such as the De Morgan’s laws are also verified. Lastly, we propose an algorithm to solve complex neutrosophic soft expert decision-making problem by converting it from the complex state to the real state and subsequently provided the detailed decision steps. Abstract: The aim of this study is to introduce a novel weakness measure based on Interval-Valued Intuitionistic Hesitant Fuzzy Choquet Integral (IVIHFCI), and to illustrate the applicability of the proposed weakness measure to the identification problem for weak component of complex electromechanical systems. First, the definition of weak component, which has a great impact on system performance, especially on system reliability during actual operation, is proposed along with the comparison of critical component. Then, the properties of components, such as reliability measures, centrality measures and failure consequence, are pre-chosen in terms of the holistic topological network and historical fault data. …However, complete records of failure data, such as a component for a same car of a same high-speed train, are in shortage due to special structural designs of the holistic electromechanical system and complex operating environments. The proposed Interval-Valued Intuitionistic Hesitant Fuzzy Number (IVIHFN) is used to solve the problem of insufficient data of single component when the properties of components are calculated. Subsequently, IVIHFCI-based weakness measure, which takes into account the various attributes of components, is proposed to integrate IVIHFNs of all nodes’ properties and then, identify weak components. Abstract: The aim of this paper is to develop a method for solving multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems with intuitionistic uncertain 2-tuple linguistic (IU2TL) variables (IU2TLVs). Firstly, operational laws and similarity degrees of IU2TLVs are introduced. Secondly, a new aggregation operator called IU2TL continuous chi-deviation ordered weighted quasi-averaging (IU2TLC-CDOWQA) is proposed. Then, to deal with heterogeneous relationships, the IU2TL continuous extend Bonferroni mean (IU2TLC-EBM) operator is developed, and hereby a method for MAGDM problems with IU2TLVs is proposed. Finally, an illustrated example and comparing analysis show that the proposed method is practical and effective.

Abstract: In this paper, the notions of L -internal relations and L -enclosed relations are introduced. They are respectively defined to be crisp relations on L X satisfying a set of axioms, which can be used to characterize L -topologies. It is shown that the category of L -internal relation spaces, the category of L -enclosed relation spaces and the category of L -topological spaces are isomorphic. Moreover, the relationships among L -internal relations, L -enclosed relations and the axioms of separation are investigated.

Abstract: The generalised grey target decision method for mixed attributes with certain number-based index weights has been studied. However, the reported method, with the index weights containing uncertain numbers of different types, cannot be aggregated by the conventional method. So the generalised grey target decision method for mixed attributes with index weights containing uncertain numbers is worthy of investigation. The research framework comprises two key points: calculating the index proximity of all alternatives and obtaining certain number-based index weights. Above all, the index proximities are calculated and normalised by the previous method. Then the certain index weights are obtained: first, all …mixed types of weights are converted into binary connection numbers and regarded as binary connection number vectors; second, the proximity of all index weight vectors and the baseline vector are calculated and converted into certain number-based index weights. Abstract: Formal concept analysis (FCA) is a mathematical framework for data analysis and knowledge discovery. The main issue of knowledge discovery is knowledge reduction. In the process of constructing concept lattices, computational complexity is a key obstacle in obtaining all the concepts from a given formal context. It is necessary to handle the given formal context and decrease its size as far as possible. In this paper, we investigate object granular reduction of fuzzy formal contexts in the sense of reducing the non-essential objects without changing the structure of the initial concept lattice. Based on fuzzy formal contexts, the notions of …fuzzy-crisp concepts, fuzzy-crisp concept lattices and derivation operators are introduced. The properties of meet-irreducible elements in a fuzzy formal context and its sub-context are systematically discussed. Furthermore, the notions of object granular consistent sets and object granular reduction are presented using granules, and a certain algorithm of object granular reduction by using discernibility object sets, object discernibility matrices and object discernibility functions is given.
