Abstract: In this paper, the new notions of the degrees of compactness, countable compactness and Lindelöf property are introduced in (L , M )-fuzzy supratopological spaces. The notions of pre-compactness, semi-compactness and sp-compactness in (L , M )-fuzzy topological spaces can be viewed as special cases of compactness in (L , M )-fuzzy supratopological spaces.

Abstract: In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making problems with Pythagorean fuzzy information. Then, we utilize arithmetic and geometric operations to develop some Pythagorean fuzzy interaction aggregation operators: Pythagorean fuzzy interaction weighted average (PFIWA) operator, Pythagorean fuzzy interaction weighted geometric (PFIWG) operator, Pythagorean fuzzy interaction ordered weighted average (PFIOWA) operator, Pythagorean fuzzy interaction ordered weighted geometric (PFIOWG) operator, Pythagorean fuzzy interaction hybrid average (PFIHA) operator and Pythagorean fuzzy interaction hybrid geometric (PFIHG) operator. The prominent characteristics of these proposed operators are studied. Abstract: In the era of big data, real and reliable user data information is an important factor in the recommendation technology; therefore, the disclosure of personal privacy has become a significant problem user concern. Differential privacy protection is a proven and very strict privacy protection technology, which is particularly good at protecting the privacy of indirect derivation. Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) is one of the common matrix factorization techniques used in collaboration filtering for recommender systems and it considers the user and item bias. This paper will develop a flexible application that implements differential privacy in SVD. As part of the …development process, on one hand, our algorithms do not need to perform any pre-processing of the raw input matrix. On the other hand, the experimental results, using two real datasets, show that our algorithms not only protect privacy information in the raw data but also ensure the accuracy of recommendations. Abstract: Image recognition is a hot topic in the field of computer vision and pattern recognition, it is widely used in identification, automatic control, human-computer interaction systems. With the development of civil aviation, image recognition has become an important tool to ensure civil aviation security. In this article, firstly, tensor is used to represent the image, which can preserve more structure information of image than traditional vector representation. Then, combining a new tensor distance (NTD) and multilinear discriminant subspace analysis (MLDSA), a novel dimensionality reduction approach named NTD-MLDSA is proposed, and the transformation matrices can be obtained by employing an iterative …strategy. Different from the Euclidean distance (ED), which bases on orthogonal assumption, NTD takes into account the spatial relationships of elements and can reflect the real distance between tensors. Experimental results show that the propose approach is more appropriate for dimensionality reduction of image objects than other classical dimension reduction methods, based on benchmark recognition databases Yale, ORL and USPS, the low dimensional data obtained by NTD-MLDSA improves the classification accuracy. Abstract: In most of the data analysis tools, the sensitivity toward noise exists. Since real data is always contaminated by noise, a preprocessing technique to reduce noise is of interest. We propose a new method to eliminate noise using the fuzzy wavelet technique. We decompose a function using fuzzy wavelets to extract detail and approximation coefficients. Consequently, we threshold the detail coefficients to reduce the effect of noise and reconstruct a denoised signal. This new method exhibits robust behavior even applied for signals with a very small signal to noise ratio. It shows better results compared to ordinary wavelet denoising and …fuzzy denoising on very irregular data. We apply the proposed method to noise reduction in audio signals and compare it with ordinary wavelet denoising. The obtained results are satisfactory. Show more

Abstract: A further discussion about fuzzy delay differential inclusions (FDDIs) is presented in this paper. The uniqueness of the solution of a FDDI is proved under different conditions. And we verify the continuous dependence of the solutions of FDDIs through the Convergence Theorem. The result of this paper is an extension to the study of fuzzy differential inclusions and also suitable for the fuzzy differential equations under certain circumstances. It should be helpful to describe and analyze the dynamic systems of fuzzy uncertainties.

Abstract: Consumers equipped with standby electric source will become electricity providers at particular moments in the future smart grid. From the perspective of smart grid risk management, this paper concludes the supply risk factors that may lead to the dissatisfaction of consumer demands for security, quality and benefit, which are further classified to supply risk elements. Then the mapping relations between supply risks and consumer demands is established. For the risk assessment problem involving consumer demands and power supply risk, a risk assessment model based on catastrophe theory and 2-tuple linguistic representation is proposed. Firstly, the experts’ linguistic variables are converted …to 2-tuples linguistics, and catastrophe theory expands operations from real numbers to linguistic variables. Secondly, combining the expert subjective weights in the form of linguistic, a compromised weighting method based on similarity and deviation is proposed. Subsequently, the ranking results are obtained according to the total catastrophe 2-tuple linguistic value of each supply risk element. The ranking results are helpful for power supply companies to identify important risks and develop risk aversion strategies. Abstract: In this paper, the concepts of algebraic L -closure system and algebraic L -closure operators are introduced from the fuzzy point of view. It is shown that the category of algebraic L -closure spaces is isomorphic to the category of algebraic L -closure system spaces. It is also proved that the category of algebraic L -closure system spaces is dual to the category algebraic L -lattices.

Abstract: Quality inference of a construction project agenda might be an exigent task for project stakeholders. Construction superintendent is decisive to eventual site security performance. In the United States, the OSHA 30-hour training is becoming the de facto standard for supervisor security competency. We concentrate on gap by recognizing the essential knowledge-based security competencies that are most important for the front-line construction supervisor and precedence them for the first time. The intention of the work is to frame an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) with the assist of the optimization techniques. The ANN is utilized to predict the number of rework Work-hrs …per $1M in Scope, a number of rework workers (works)-hrs per 200,000 weeks hrs, the number of defects per $1M in Scope and number of defects per 200,000 Work-hr parameters of the construction safety. Different optimization techniques are utilized to discover an optimal weight of the ANN process. All the optimum results demonstrate that the attained error values between the output of the experimental values and the predicted values are closely equal to zero in the designed network. From the results, the minimum error of 89.97% determined by the ANN is attained by the Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO) algorithm. Show more
