Abstract: We study on the multiple attribute decision making problems using the hesitant triangular fuzzy information. Afterwards, we have designed the hesitant triangular fuzzy Bonferroni Mean (HTFBM) operator and hesitant triangular fuzzy weighted Bonferroni Mean (HTFWBM) operator. We have utilized the HTFWBM operator to multiple attribute decision making for evaluating the risk of the e-commerce enterprises with hesitant triangular fuzzy information. In the end, an illustrative example for evaluating the risk of the e-commerce enterprises is proposed to demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method.

Abstract: In this paper, we prove the existences of initial upper M -approximate operators and initial M -closed sets in commutative cl-monoids with order reverse involutions. From this fact, we define subspaces and product spaces for upper M -approximate operators and M -closed sets. Moreover, we investigate the relations between initial upper M -approximate operators and initial M -closed sets. We give their examples.

Abstract: The triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number (TIFN) is a special intuitionistic fuzzy set defined on the real number set. The multi-criteria group decision making (MCGDM) with the prioritization among the criteria is called the prioritized MCGDM. The aim of this paper is to develop some prioritized geometric operators for TIFNs and apply to the prioritized MCGDM problems with TIFNs. Firstly, the weighted possibility means of TIFNs are defined and hereby a new lexicographic approach is given to rank the TIFNs sufficiently considering the risk preference of decision maker. Then, three kinds of prioritized geometric operators for TIFNs are developed including the …prioritized weighted geometric (TIFPWG) operator, prioritized ordered weighted geometric (TIFPOWG) operator and prioritized hybrid weighted geometric (TIFPHWG) operator of TIFNs. Utilized the TIFPWG operator, the criteria values of alternatives are aggregated into the individual overall values of alternatives, which are further integrated into the collective ones by the TIFPHWG operator. The ranking order of alternatives is generated according to the collective overall values of alternatives. Finally, the system analyst selection example is analyzed to demonstrate the applicability and validity of the proposed method. Show more

Abstract: In this paper, the concept of ordered fuzzy points of ordered semihypergroups is introduced. By using this new concept, we define and study the fuzzy left, right and two-sided hyperideals of an ordered semihypergroup. In particular, we investigate the properties of fuzzy hyperideals generated by ordered fuzzy points of an ordered semihypergroup. Furthermore, we introduce the concepts of prime, semiprime, weakly prime and weakly semiprime fuzzy hyperideals of ordered semihypergroups and establish the relationship between the four classes of fuzzy hyperideals. Finally, we give some characterizations of semisimple ordered semihypergroups in terms of fuzzy hyperideals. Especially, we prove that an …ordered semihypergroup S is semisimple if and only if every fuzzy hyperideal of S can be expressed as the intersection of all weakly prime fuzzy hyperideals of S containing it. Abstract: The simplified neutrosophic set (SNS) is a generalization of the fuzzy set that is designed for some incomplete, uncertain and inconsistent situations in which each element has different truth membership, indeterminacy membership and falsity membership functions. In this paper, we propose the simplified neutrosophic correlated averaging (SNCA) operator and the simplified neutrosophic correlated geometric (SNCG) operator, and further study the properties of the operators. Then, an approach to multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) within the framework of SNS is developed by the proposed aggregation operators. Finally, a practical application of the developed approach to the problem of investment is given, …and the result shows that our approach is reasonable and effective in dealing with uncertain decision making problems. Abstract: The covering rough set model is viewed as a generalization of the rough set model. The covering rough set is built on a universe of discourse. A similar idea can be applied into three-way decisions theory to obtain covering-based three-way decisions which is the main object of this study. This paper firstly provides a summary of study on the three-way decisions based on covering rough set by applying the approach of decision-theoretic rough set. Then, the Bayesian decision procedure theory is implemented to covering decision systems.

Abstract: Neutrosophic numbers (NNs), which contain determinate part and indeterminate part, are considered as a useful tool to express the indeterminate evaluation information which is common in real situation. The TODIM which is the short of Interactive and Multicriteria Decision Making in Portuguese can take the bounded rationality of decision makers into consideration based on the prospect theory. However, the classical TODIM method can only process the multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems in which the attribute values are crisp numbers. The purpose of the paper is to give a new method to handle multiple attribute group decision making problems with …neutrosophic numbers, which means we combine the TODIM with neutrosophic numbers to deal with MADM problems. In this paper, we firstly introduce the definition, the properties and the operational laws of the neutrosophic numbers, and then the possibility degree function is introduced concisely. Secondly, we represent the idea and steps of TODIM, and then we extend the TODIM method to the multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) with neutrosophic numbers. Finally, we use an illustrative example to demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed method. Show more

Abstract: Corporate venture capital refers to the direct venture investment in private companies made by non-financial corporations with specific core business. Along with rapid growth of Chinese economy, domestic venture capital has gone through a fantastic development among which corporate venture capital is an outstanding one. The study on the different types of venture captital, especially corporate venture capital, is required by the establishment and improvement of the mutiple-level capital market in China. Only on the basis of through understanding of the traits, advantages and disadvantages of corporate venture capital evaluation, we can set a better platform for its further development, …contributing to the promotion of the entire venture capital market. In this paper, we utilize Hamacher operations to develop some intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operators: intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher weighted geometric (IFHWG) operator, intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher ordered weighted geometric (IFHOWG) operator and intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher hybrid geometric (IFHHG) operator. The prominent characteristic of these proposed operators are studied. Then, we have utilized these operators to develop some approaches to solve the intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision making problems for investment performance evaluation of corporate venture capital. Finally, a practical example for investment performance evaluation of corporate venture capital is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness. Abstract: In this paper, ideals in the context of multisets on the lattice of all submultisets with the order relation as the multiset inclusion have been introduced. Moreover, generalization of rough multiset model by defining new multiset approximation operators in more general setting via multiset ideal has been presented. The concepts of lower and upper multiset approximations via multiset ideals have been mentioned. These new definitions decrease the upper multiset approximation and increase the lower multiset approximation and hence decreasing the boundary region and increasing the accuracy measure. Properties of these multiset approximations are studied and various examples are mentioned. Also, …the comparison between the rough multiset approximations defined by Girish and John [11, 12] and the current multiset approximations has been presented. It’s therefore shown that the current definitions are more generally. Finally, the multiset topology induced by the present methods is finer than the multiset topology induced by the old method [11, 12]. Show more
