Abstract: In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making problems with dual hesitant fuzzy information, in which the information about attribute weights is incompletely known, and the attribute values take the form of dual hesitant fuzzy values. We first introduce some approaches to obtaining the weight information of attributes, and then establish an optimization model based on the positive ideal point of attribute values, by which the attribute weights can be determined. For the special situations where the information about attribute weights is completely unknown, we establish another optimization model. By solving this model, we get a simple and …exact formula, which can be used to determine the attribute weights. We compute the correlation coefficient between each alternative and positive ideal alternative, and then rank the alternatives by means of the correlation coefficient between each alternative and positive ideal alternative. Finally, we shall present a numerical example to show the pattern recognition problems about the classification of metal materials with dual hesitant fuzzy information in order to illustrate the method proposed in this paper. Abstract: In this paper an adaptive robust fuzzy-based approach is proposed to dynamic controller design problem for wheeled mobile robot in the presence of uncertainties in dynamic model. Also, the kinematic controller is designed based on Lyapunov stability theory in the presence of uncertainties that depend on sliding velocity. In order to eliminate uncertainties in kinematic model, they are modeled as lumped disturbances which estimated by Disturbance Observer (DOB) based on Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI). Simulations are carried out on a wheeled mobile robot to verify the performance of the proposed control scheme.

Abstract: This paper introduces a novel hybrid control strategy, namely an optimal adaptive fuzzy sliding mode (OAFSM) control scheme, to realize the synchronization of general uncertain chaotic systems in master-slave configuration. The proposed controller not only guaranties the stability and robustness against the lumped uncertainties caused by unmodeled dynamics and external disturbances, but also significantly reduces the control chattering inherent in conventional sliding mode control. The chaos synchronization is obtained by optimal proper choice of the control parameters including the sliding surface and the reaching law parameters. To achieve this, a bio-mimetic algorithm namely bacterial foraging optimization algorithm (BFOA) is employed. …An illustrative example is given to demonstrate the validity and confirm the performance of the proposed scheme. Abstract: In this paper a new method for estimating dissolved gases of power transformers in the terms of operation time of power transformers using adaptive-network-based fuzzy inference system is presented. Then, transformer condition is evaluated via dissolved gas analysis (DGA) according to IEC 60599 standard. Prominent features of the proposed method are high accuracy, reliability, and high speed convergence in real-world application in spite of the limited numbers of data. The proposed methodology has been evaluated for several real cases while the transformers are operating, and the efficiency of the proposed method is verified.
