Preface

ICGHIT 2018, the 6th International Conference on Green and Human Information Technology, was sponsored by the Institute of Electronics and Information Engineers (IEIE), Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, and IEEE Seoul Section. The conference was held from January 31 to February 2, 2018 in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

The conference received 172 high-quality paper submissions, which were peer-reviewed by experts in the area of the paper’s subject. The committee accepted 124 of these submissions and classified them into two categories: the first category includes 74 papers that were published in the Proceedings of ICGHIT 2018 by the ICGHIT 2018 Committee and the second category does 50 papers that will be published in the LNEE (Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering) Proceedings of ICGHIT 2018 by Springer. The 37 of 74 papers were finally included in this volume of proceedings.

We would like to acknowledge the great efforts of all the members of ICGHIT 2018 Committee. We also thank IOS Press who supported the idea of publishing this volume of proceedings. We are grateful to the members of Journal Special Issue Committee who have participated in the process of review and selection of quality papers: Young-Hoon Park (Sookmyung Women’s University, Korea), Franklin Bien (UNIST, Korea), Chansu Lee (Yeungnam University, Korea) and Byung-Seo Kim (Hongik University, Korea).
