Abstract: With the rapid development of renewable energy and the continuous growth of new loads, VPP has become an important form of smart grid and energy internet due to its flexible and effective management of distributed energy. During the operation of Virtual power plant, there is a game relationship between the system operator and VPP, and they are in a non-complete information environment. However, most of the current game optimization modeling is under the condition of complete information, and the game model based on complete information cannot solve this problem. This article focuses on the VPP cluster trading problem based on …non-complete information game theory, constructs a Bayesian game model for multiple VPPs with multiple subjects under the master-slave game framework by introducing the Bayesian concept to optimize the cluster transactions within VPPs, and verifies the effectiveness of the model through simulation experiments. The experimental results show that the multi-VPP multi-subject Bayesian game model established in the study can guarantee the privacy of each subject and effectively reduce PAR, thus ensuring the security and stability of the VPP network and reducing cost expenditures, which has practicality in actual VPP cluster transactions. Abstract: With the large-scale grid integration of new energy sources, the power relationship between source and demand side is becoming more and more complex, the flexibility requirements of the distribution network are increasing, and new requirements for system safety and reliability are put forward, and it can’t meet the peak regulating requirements of grid by relying solely on source side to cope with variable loads. In view of this, to make the grid operation flexibility improved by using an adjustable load capacity, the study first constructs a load classifying method on the foundation of fuzzy style K-plane clustering method to understand …the interaction information of the load devices. Then the adjustable value of the load is analyzed from the demand response and standby perspectives, respectively, and an improved dynamic time-bending-based source-load similarity inscription method is proposed, which aims to unify the multiple load information obtained by clustering. The proposed clustering algorithm takes the highest value of 0.096 for the Davies-Bouldin index index, which is 0.012 and 0.014 higher than the K-plane clustering algorithm and the K-means algorithm, respectively. In addition, the load demand response regulation with the improved dynamic time bending method has a higher capacity for new energy consumption than the variance method, with a difference of 2.0 kW. This indicates that using load regulation to consume new energy to exploit the load curve will stimulate the active participation of customer-side load in maintaining power balance between the electricity consumption side and the demand side, and form an interest community between power supplying and demanding sides. Abstract: High-quality tourism graduates who meet the needs of modern tourism development are a central resource in tourism development, critical to enhancing core competitiveness in tourism. However, the employment rate of tourism master’s graduates is low, restricting the rapid development of the tourism industry. This study aims to explain the influencing factors of the employment willingness of tourism management master’s graduates in China. A questionnaire was designed to investigate three influencing factors: personal work preferences and perception, tourism industry development characteristics, and school teaching and training. AHP-DEMATEL method was used to identify the influencing factors in tourism graduates’ employment willingness. The …results show that employment willingness is not affected by gender but that it is affected by age, and that students choose stable careers due to insufficient confidence in the tourism development situation. The nature of the work, the social status, and the salary are not the main influencing factors. There are inconclusive findings on future development prospects, personal work preferences, recognition of the value of the work, and opportunities to acquire new knowledge and skills. Additionally, professional practice and employment information issued by the schools affect the employment willingness of tourism master’s graduates. Show more

Abstract: Principal component analysis method is one of the most widely used statistical procedures for data dimension reduction. The traditional principal component analysis method is sensitive to outliers since it is based on the sample covariance matrix. Meanwhile, the deviation of the principal component analysis based on the Minimum Covariance Determinant (MCD) estimation is significantly increased as the data dimension increases. Blockchain is a data structure and information storage technology that has become well-known with the development of Bitcoin and is currently widely used to build a trusted digital environment. The use of blockchain technology can solve the problems of low confidentiality and easy tampering of traditional archives management. Abstract: To expand the application of mobile technology and smart classroom environment in education, and explore their influence on learning engagement, this paper, based on the Situated Cognition Theory, took 296 sophomores from six universities in China as the research objects and investigated the relationship between mobile technology, smart classroom environment, and learning engagement. The findings show that: (1) in the mobile technology and smart classroom environment, the frequency of learning by mobile devices in class, the frequency of learning by mobile devices after class, the duration of learning by mobile devices in class, the duration of learning by mobile devices …after class, the hardware environment, software resources, and technology acceptance have positive effects on learning engagement; (2) mobile technology and smart classroom environment can better mobilize learners’ interest and initiative in learning and increase learners’ engagement in learning; (3) mobile technology and smart classroom environment can greatly improve college learners’ behavioural engagement, emotional engagement, and cognitive engagement respectively. Abstract: The method of surface displacement prediction of tunnel convergence displacement is used to make up for the failure of tunnel convergence displacement monitoring in the construction process, to supplement and verify the tunnel monitoring data, and to guide the construction. Abstract: With the rapid development of deep learning, convolutional neural networks have gradually become the main means to extract features of dynamic image sequences. The motion vector estimation algorithm, as the key to the stability of image sequences, directly affects the performance of image stabilization systems, so the motion estimation algorithm for convolutional neural networks is necessary. The study proposes an improved convolutional neural network based on loss-free function, and applies it to the extraction of dynamic image features. On this basis, the motion estimation algorithm is then optimised by combining grey-scale projection and block matching methods. The experimental results show …that the new loss-free function-based convolutional neural network has better recognition capability with an error rate of only 15% in dynamic image recognition. The accuracy of the optimised motion estimation algorithm is as high as 95.1% with a PSNR value of 16.636, which is higher than that of the traditional grey-scale projection algorithm. In terms of video processing, the improved algorithm has a higher PSNR value than the search block matching method, the bit-plane matching method and the full search block matching method, with a higher steady image accuracy and high operational efficiency, providing a new research idea for the improvement of motion estimation algorithms. In general, the proposed algorithm is a significant improvement over the current mainstream algorithms in terms of image accuracy, processing performance and number of operations, and it provides a new research idea for the improvement of motion estimation algorithms. Abstract: In the social internet of things, community structure exists objectively and affects the transmission of network messages. If the social context such as community is fully utilized, the efficiency of data forwarding will be effectively improved. A community-based routing algorithm (MSAR) is proposed by studying the multiple social relationships. First, we propose four measures of social relationships. They are social closeness degree, in-community activeness, cross-community activeness and community interaction. Then, the design of routing algorithm considers two stages. One is in-community forwarding and the other is cross-community forwarding. The measurement of node forwarding capability depends on closeness degree and in-community …activeness in the in-community forwarding stage. In the cross-community stage, the measurement of node forwarding capability depends on closeness degree, cross-community activeness and community interaction. The relay node with higher cross-community forwarding utility will be selected. This prevents messages from being limited to the local community. Therefore, messages can always travel in the direction of the destination node’s community. Finally, a lot of simulation experiments and analyses are carried out. Scenario teaching method is an important asset to enrich classroom content and mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm. Situational teaching is the sum use of preparation before class to improvisation in the classroom. It has been proved that using scenario …teaching in the process of English teaching can improve students’ English ability. However, this traditional situational teaching method has problems such as incomplete evaluation index and poor teaching effect. To solve this problem, we constructed a new situational teaching method and a fuzzy evaluation system based on fuzzy sets and soft computing technology, and verified through experiments that both the new situational teaching method and the fuzzy evaluation system have good effects. At present, the popularity of situational English teaching is low, the overall level of English teaching is not high, fill-in-the-blank teaching is predominant, spoken English is weak, the cost of situational teaching is high, and teachers’ willingness to implement it is low. To improve these problems, based on the research results above we propose the following four recommendations to improve the quality of contextualized teaching, solve the problems of contextualized teaching, and reduce teachers’ pressure to prepare lessons. With the rapid development of smart cities, the street shape is also changing more and more towards the direction of intelligence. Taking Chunxi Road in Chengdu as an example, this paper studies the generation mechanism of street morphology. The factors influencing the generation …of street form are divided into two categories: (1) legal factors. (2) Architectural design factors. By building a model, the article quantitatively analyzes the impact of these two types of factors on street form. At the same time, the article conducts an in-depth study on the evolution of ancient Chinese street morphology. The ancient Chinese street form is divided into four stages, namely the Tang and Song Dynasties, the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, the Late Qing Dynasty, and the founding of New China. The influencing factors of street shape are divided into four categories, namely, the influence of commodity economy, the influence of foreign culture, the influence of building materials, and the influence of traffic. This paper elaborates the influence mechanism of these four factors on the street form in China. Abstract: Entity matching is one of the key technologies for geospatial data update and fusion. In response to the shortcomings of most spatial entity matching methods that use local optimisation strategies, a global optimisation matching method for multi-representation buildings using road network constraints is proposed. First, the road network is used for region segmentation to obtain candidate matches. Second, the spatial similarity among the candidate matching objects is calculated and the characteristic similarity weights are determined using the entropy weight method. Third, the matching of building entities is transformed into an allocation problem using integer programming ideas, and the Hungarian algorithm …is solved to obtain the optimal matching combination with minimum global variance. Finally, two test areas are selected to validate the proposed method, and the precision, recall, and F-measure values of the experiments are 96.35%, 97.11%, and 96.73% versus 95.96%, 97.03%, and 96.49%, respectively. It can complete multi-variable complex calculations through low-cost and uncertain processes. With the continuous integration, the variables generated in the teaching process gradually increase, and the application of soft computing technology can effectively solve the complex calculation problems caused by many variables in the analysis of piano teaching. This paper first analyzes the basic theory of big data, soft computing and piano informatization teaching, and then obtains the problems existing in the current piano informatization teaching through questionnaire survey and analysis, and designs piano informatization, teaching innovation model based on big data and soft computing technology respectively. Abstract: With the advancement of cultural globalization, China has increased its support for the study of British and American literature. However, due to the great differences in the forms of expression and thinking logic between British and American literature and Chinese local literature, it is difficult for Chinese students to learn British and American literature. In order to solve the dilemma of Chinese students learning English and American literature, the team constructed a smart classroom model with flipped classroom as the core based on big data and Internet of Things technology. The smart classroom model is constructed according to the four-layer …architecture of the Internet of Things, which is divided into perception layer, network layer, platform layer and application layer. The flipped classroom is in the application layer. The flipped classroom is designed according to the three processes before, during and after class, which has certain theoretical significance. In order to verify the effectiveness of this model, a university in H city was selected for research. Through the control experiment, it was concluded that within a certain error range, the flipped classroom teaching mode can significantly improve the teaching effect of British and American literature compared with the traditional teaching mode. Finally, based on the problems of English and American literature learning, we further deepen the model of flipped classroom. In the pre-course pre-study stage, teachers should play their organizational role and enhance students’ pre-study effect through interesting pre-study methods. Teachers should also pay attention to students’ pre-study status and make timely adjustments. In the classroom, teachers need to find students’ questions in time and answer common questions in a unified manner and answer individual questions in private, in an effort to improve classroom efficiency and promote the process of internalizing students’ knowledge. Abstract: Thermoelectricity technology, as a kind of cost-effective and pollution-free power generation solution, is often used for waste heat recovery and utilization. In this paper, the temperature distribution of a Two-stage Thermoelectric Generator (TTEG) under constant temperature conditions has been studied using a one-dimensional heat conduction model. Moreover, by combining the obtained temperature distribution with the three-dimensional size of TTEG, a calculation formula of resistance and voltage was developed based on the calculus method. When the sum of cross-sectional areas of all the PN-type thermoelectric arms respectively in high- and low-temperature layers is constant, the optimal ratio between cross-sectional areas of …a single PN-thermoelectric arm respectively in high- and low-temperature layers can be calculated using the proposed formula in this study to achieve the maximum output power. Results also showed the relationship between the heights of PN-type thermoelectric arms and the temperature distributions in high- and low-temperature layers. Using PbTe as the medium temperature thermoelectric material and Bi 2 Te 3 as the low temperature thermoelectric material, a case study was conducted on the PN-type thermoelectrics with the same total height and the same total cross-sectional area. The theoretical calculation results showed that the bigger of maximum output power between the two-stage thermoelectric generator and that of the Segmented Thermoelectric Generator (STEG) is related to the hot and cold end temperature. Abstract: Meiotic recombination has a crucial role in the biological process involving double-strand DNA breaks. Recombination hotspots are regions with a size varying from 1 to 2 kb, which is closely related to the double-strand breaks. With the increasement of both sperm data and population data, it has been demonstrated that computational methods can help us to identify the recombination spots with the advantages of time-saving and cost-saving compared to experimental verification approaches. To obtain better identification performance and investigate the potential role of various DNA sequence-derived features in building computational models, we designed a computational model by extracting features including the …position-specific trinucleotide propensity (PSTNP) information, the electron-ion interaction potential (EIIP) values, nucleotide composition (NC) and dinucleotide composition (DNC). Finally, the supporting vector machine (SVM) model was trained by using the 172-dimensional features selected by means of the F -score feature ranking mode, and the accuracy of the predictor reached 98.24% in the jackknife test, which elucidates this model is a potential way for identifying recombination spots. Abstract: Good design strategies can help reduce energy consumption and ensure proper natural lighting. In the process of building design, this paper uses orthogonal analysis to identify design elements that correspond optimally to light levels. The visible light transmission ratio, horizontal sunshade baffle depth, sunshade angle, horizontal sunshade height from the window, and heat transfer coefficient were selected as influencing factors. The design elements corresponding to the lowest energy consumption were found. The test points are representative, and the number of tests is small.

Abstract: An algorithm based on EMD-LSTM (Empirical Mode Decision – Long Short Term Memory) is proposed for predicting short time series with uncertainty, rapid changes, and no following cycle. First, the algorithm eliminates the abnormal data; second, the processed time series are decomposed into basic modal components for different characteristic scales, which can be used for further prediction; finally, an LSTM neural network is used to predict each modal component, and the prediction results for each modal component are summed to determine a final prediction. Experiments are performed on the public datasets available at UCR and compared with a machine learning algorithm …based on LSTMs and SVMs. Several experiments have shown that the proposed EMD-LSTM-based short-time series prediction algorithm performs better than LSTM and SVM prediction methods and provides a feasible method for predicting short-time series. Abstract: The rapid development of social networks has facilitated the convenience of users to receive information. As a network communication platform for people’s daily use, microblog has countless information data. In view of the low efficiency and poor clustering effect of K-means algorithm, a parallel K-means clustering algorithm based on MapReduce model is studied; In order to alleviate the difficulty in calculating the similarity of microblog topic text, the space vector model and semantic similarity are used to calculate the similarity between texts to improve the quality of microblog text classification. The data expansion rate of corresponding nodes under different data …sets shows that the average expansion rate of the parallel K-means algorithm reaches 0.89, and the running rate is the highest. The results show that the parallel K-means algorithm has good clustering stability and the highest clustering quality, reaching 1.24; The clustering time of the algorithm is the shortest, the average clustering time is 1.27 minutes, and the clustering effect and efficiency of the algorithm are the best. In the quality analysis of Weibo topic recommendation, the accuracy of P-K-means recommendation is 95.64%, user satisfaction is 98.64%, and the recommendation effect is also the best. Abstract: In order to improve the quality of millimeter wave communication in indoor environment and ensure the maximum use of link resources. It is proposed to construct indoor communication transmission characteristics through multi sphere link model and indoor millimeter wave reflection blocking model. At the same time, the improved PMVC algorithm and CTRA algorithm are used to optimize the resource scheduling of links in indoor central scenes and edge scenes respectively. The simulation results show that compared with the original PVC algorithm and greedy algorithm, PMVC has a maximum link throughput of 5.01 Gbps under the optimized scheduling of the improved …vertex coloring algorithm, while the maximum throughput of the traditional vertex coloring algorithm and greedy algorithm are 4.73 Gbps and 4.57 Gbps respectively. In the case of fixed link transmission beam width, as the number of link flows increases, the slot throughput of the link decreases continuously. Under the width of 30, the maximum slot throughput of PMVC algorithm is 2.75 Gbps, and the maximum slot throughput of greedy algorithm is 2.48 Gbps; When the beam width is 60, the maximum slot throughput of PMVC algorithm and greedy algorithm is 2.25 Gbps and 1.55 Gbps respectively. Abstract: It is a fuzzy internal mode PID temperature control system designed for solid electric storage heating systems with high inertia, hysteresis, and nonlinearity. Experimental results demonstrate that the control strategy has a high level of model adaptability and anti-interference capability for the changing operating conditions of solid-storage boilers, that the system overshoot is steadily controlled within 5% and that hysteresis cannot adversely affect the stability of the control system, that the control accuracy of water supply temperature can reach ± 1 ∘ C, and that the control quality is superior to traditional PID strategies.

Abstract: The reduction of the section area of timber beams in ancient buildings leads to the decline of their flexural mechanical properties. In order to study the effect of the reinforcement method with near-surface mounted CFRP sheets, three groups of 14 scaled poplar timber beam specimens were designed for static loading tests, and the strengthening effects of the new members replacing the damaged members and the concealed CFRP sheets strengthening the damaged members were compared. The results show that the ultimate flexural capacity and flexural stiffness of the strengthened timber beams are significantly improved compared with the simulated damaged beams; the …bending performance of the optimum strengthened timber beam is equivalent to that of the undamaged beam. The distribution of the section strain of the strengthened timber beam along the height of the beam section basically conforms to the plane section assumption. Abstract: The exploration of stochastic partial differential equations in noisy perturbations of dynamical systems remains a major challenge at this stage. The study analyzes the effective dynamical system combining degenerate additive noise-driven stochastic partial differential equations, firstly in the first class of stochastic partial differential equations, the terms in the non-nuclear space formed by nonlinear interactions are overcome by effectively replacing the elements in the non-nuclear space through the ItÔ formulation, and thus the final effective dynamical system is obtained. The effective dynamical system is then obtained in the second type of stochastic partial differential equation using the O-U process similar …to the terms in the non-nuclear space. At noise disturbance amplitudes of 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% AC voltage maxima in that order, the effective dynamical systems for the first type of stochastic partial differential equation and the second type of stochastic partial differential equation are more stable compared to the other types of partial differential equation dynamical systems, with the maximum range of error rate improvement for the sampling points 0–239 voltage rms and voltage initial phase value being 3.62% and 26.85% and 2.13% and 19.86% for sampling points 240–360, respectively. The effective dynamic system and stochastic partial differential equation obtained by the research have very high approximation effect, and can be applied to mechanical devices such as thermal power machines. Abstract: Ethnic identity is an important reason for national unity. The formation of ethnic groups is mostly due to external and internal reasons, with a complex mechanism structure. When people’s environment is destroyed, this value identity will be stronger, national cohesion and solidarity will grow sharply, an unprecedented high. Minority languages are characterized by a wide variety, cultural generation, and dynamic evolution. The languages are complex and diverse, and are deeply influenced by their cultural heritage. This has led to the fact that for a long time, minority languages have been learned almost exclusively by people of their own ethnic group. …This has led to a steady decline in the number of minority language speakers. However, the birth of the Internet of Things (IoT) has created an opportunity for the development of minority languages. Foreign minority languages have the following status (1) rapid decline (2) many endangered languages (3) low willingness to learn. In order to further investigate the current situation of minority language protection, the team conducted a survey in the minority cluster A. The results of the survey are as follows: most of the villagers are in love with the ethnic language and must inherit and promote the ethnic language, which is the wealth of a nation, but there are also a few residents who think that Mandarin should be used to replace the ethnic language. This reflects that most of the residents love the national language, but their young people as the inherited generation lose their love for the national language and are not willing to inherit and promote it. To solve this problem, an Internet of Things (IoT)-based ethnic language data system has been constructed so that the data system for ethnic minority language protection built through IoT technology can become the last line of defense for protecting ethnic languages, while allowing ethnic languages to be known and understood by more people through IoT technology, fostering the love and reverence of ethnic minority people for ethnic languages, and enhancing other ethnic groups’ sense of identity and support for ethnic languages. We propose to protect minority languages. Ultimately, we propose recommendations for the preservation of minority languages. (1) Increase publicity for minority language preservation. Abstract: Because of the large number of components and complex evaluation indexes of long-span bridges, it is necessary to adopt the evaluation method suitable for complex structures. Since the hypothetical membership degree of fuzzy theory and the layer weight of traditional analytic hierarchy process (AHP) may have subjective bias, the evaluation precision may be influenced if it is applied independently in bridge evaluation and thus the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is more applicable to large-span concrete cable-stayed bridge. The traditional analytic hierarchy process using triangular fuzzy number (FAHP) has the shortcomings of computational errors and limited range, so the improved …FAHP is adopted. The improved FAHP method introduces the reliability into the judgment matrix, which can not only solve the existing problems, but also reflect the influence of the fuzziness of the man-made subjective judgment on the result. Based on the detection results for a concrete cable-stayed bridge in Jilin Province, the corresponding hierarchy of index system is established, the trapezoidal function is used to calculate membership degree, and the weight of each index relative to target layer is calculated. Abstract: To solve the problem that individual visual features could not be accurately extracted from low-light and high-noise pig face images in intensive farming, the optimal fitting curve parameters of image brightness enhancement were defined, and the Zero-DCE model was improved and Denoise-Net was introduced to achieve brightness enhancement and high-noise suppression of a single low-light pig face image. Abstract: This study aims to gain insights into the basic information and behavioral characteristics of the drug abusers and provide references for drug prevention, control, and correctional strategies. First, the python development tool was used to crawl 8494 posts from 1725 users in the forum of “Dynamic Control Bar” in the Baidu Tieba. The data were cleaned and organized. Subsequently, the content of the posts in text was analyzed using a mixture of topic model, sentiment analysis, and relevance analysis. The result of the LDA indicated that the drug abusers were concerned about the living conditions of this population in their …home communities, regular checkups and management by government staff, perceived social discrimination and inconvenience of living in a restrained environment, problems they encountered when consulting with each other in terms of regular medical checkups, recollection of how they came to use drugs, as well as emotions of regret. The result of the emotional analysis indicated that this population was emotionally disturbed and had more negative emotional values, but the above values were stable. Internet information dissemination is of great significance to public opinion dissemination that can indicate the real opinions and attitudes of all social strata to drug abusers, especially the discrimination, stigmatization, and labelling of drug abusers by the general public. Disseminating content to drug abusers about their problems can help them start a new life. Furthermore, the government should guide the attitudes and emotions of this population to help them start a new, more positive life. Show more

Abstract: With the continuous development of artificial intelligence research, computer vision research has shifted from traditional “feature engineering”-based methods to deep learning-based “network engineering” methods, which automatically extracts and classifies features by using deep neural networks. Traditional methods based on artificial design features are computationally expensive and are usually used to solve simple research problems, which is not conducive for large-scale data feature extraction. Deep learning-based methods greatly reduce the difficulty of artificial features by learning features from large-scale data and are successfully applied in many visual recognition tasks. Video action recognition methods also shift from traditional methods based on artificial …design features to deep learning-based methods, which is oriented to building more effective deep neural network models. Through collecting and sorting related research results found that academic for timing segment network of football and basketball video action research is relatively rich, but lack of badminton research given the above research results, this study based on timing segment network of badminton video action identification can enrich the research results, provide reference for follow-up research. This paper introduces the lightweight attention mechanism into the temporal segmentation network, forming the attention mechanism-timing segmentation network, and trains the neural network to get the classifier of badminton stroke action, which can be predicted as four common types: forehand stroke, backhand stroke, overhead stroke and pick ball. The experimental results show that the recognition recall and accuracy of various stroke movements reach more than 86%, and the average size of recall and accuracy is 91.2% and 91.6% respectively, indicating that the method based on timing segmentation network can be close to the human judgment level and can effectively conduct the identification task of badminton video strokes. To study the application of UAVs in marathon public security risk early warning, we examine the Hangzhou Marathon as an example, analysing the potential public security risks of a marathon and the application scenarios of UAVs by modelling the data of …population and vehicles near the fundamental security early warning places of the marathon through theoretical discussion and modelling research. Abstract: In a chirped pulse amplification device, tiled grating is a key component for compressing ultrashort pulse laser. The control system of the grating tiling device is essential for maintaining the stability of the array grating. In this study, a proportional-integral-derivative algorithm based on the latch compensation method and four-point center difference method is proposed for a truss-type 2 × 1 grating tiling device. Numerical analyses show that this method avoids the saturation loss in the stability control process of the array grating, effectively suppresses noise interference, and ensures the stability of the array grating. The prototype experiment …shows that the use of this control algorithm can significantly improve the convergence speed and stability of the grating tiling device. Abstract: To solve the problems of high storage resource consumption and low efficiency of the RRT exploration algorithm in the late stage of exploration, this paper proposes an Improved Artificial Fish Swarm based Optimize Rapidly-exploring Random Trees multi-robot Exploration Algorithm. Based on the research and analysis of the previous economic growth theories, this paper finds out the main factors that affect the economic growth of industrial and commercial enterprises in coastal cities, and uses the advanced econometric method to establish the relevant test model to analyze the correlation between the time series of economic …growth factors and the time series of coastal cities, so as to realize the economic growth factors of industrial and commercial enterprises in coastal cities Element study. The empirical results show that the main factors affecting the economic growth of industrial and commercial enterprises in coastal cities are capital and labor force, with labor force as the main body; Technical and institutional factors also contribute to the GDP of industrial and commercial enterprises in coastal cities, but the impact is not significant and needs further improvement.
