Abstract: We describe in this paper: (a) how the INCLUSIÓ project started; (b) what the Inclusion Continuous Quality Improvement evaluation system is and how it was applied to our project; (c) what kind of qualitative and quantitative information the system allowed to collect; and (d) the impact that carrying out this evaluation system had on the project. Three main conclusions are pointed out at the end of the paper: first of all, ICQI evaluation seems to be a powerful tool for empowering consumers. Secondly, more research about natural support is required to enhance any supported employment project. Finally, we think that not only the procedure but the underlying philosophy of the ICQI system has been adopted by the project and that this is a good way for improving the quality of life of supported employment project consumers.
