The major goal of the Journal of Computational Methods in Sciences and Engineering (JCMSE) is the publication of new research results on computational methods in sciences and engineering. Common experience had taught us that computational methods originally developed in a given basic science, e.g. physics, can be of paramount importance to other neighboring sciences, e.g. chemistry, as well as to engineering or technology and, in turn, to society as a whole. This undoubtedly beneficial practice of interdisciplinary interactions will be continuously and systematically encouraged by the JCMSE.
Moreover, the JCMSE shall try to simultaneously stimulate similar initiatives, within the realm of computational methods, from knowledge transfer for engineering to applied as well as to basic sciences and beyond. The journal has four sections and welcomes papers on (1) Mathematics and Engineering, (2) Computer Science, (3) Biology and Medicine, and (4) Chemistry and Physics.

Abstract: High definition map is a map used for automatic driving. Its absolute precision is sub meter level, that is, the error between the position of an element on the map and the position of the element in the real world is less than 100 cm. In addition, compared with ordinary maps, high definition maps contain more geographic information, such as road width, slope, curvature, etc. At present, high definition roads map construction is largely for the main traffic road. However, there are few studies on the construction of high definition forest roads map for forestry production and management. Thus, it …is imperative and helpful to explore an efficient and low-cost method for constructing high definition forest roads map that can provide accurate basic map services for forestry management activities. In this study, firstly, the DJI Phantom 4 RTK UAV was used for aerial photography to obtain the forest oblique images. Then, combined with close range photogrammetry, the high-resolution images under the forest are acquired and generated into dense point cloud images. Next, the two images are fused using iterative closest point (ICP) algorithm combined with manual registration; Finally, the fine-grained 3D scene model is generated by using the Context Capture 3D modeling software, based on which a high definition forest roads map was constructed using human-computer interaction model. Taking Menggongshan Forest Farm as an example, the construction of the fine 3D scene model was carried out to solve the problem of loopholes and ambiguities of the road model under forest, based on which the high definition forest roads map was constructed. To evaluate the accuracy of the forest roads map, the accuracy check was conducted. The results showed that the point position on the forest roads map, compared to the actual point, had a medium, minimum and maximum error of 0.076 m, 0.020 m and 0.170 m in plane, respectively, a medium, minimum and maximum error of 0.122 m, 0.005 m and - 0.214 m in elevation, respectively. The accuracy of the high definition forest roads map meets the need of forestry production and management activities. It is feasible to adopt the method of UAV oblique photogrammetry combined with close-range photogrammetry, fine 3D scene model construction and human-computer interactive for constructing high definition forest road map. Abstract: The feature extraction of Gaofen-2 Remote Sensing Image (RSI) has problems such as poor extraction accuracy and large noise reduction error. Therefore, this paper designs an RSI feature extraction method based on high score 2 wavelet transform (WT). The RSI is collected with the help of Gaofen-2 satellite and high-resolution remote sensing technology, the key points of the image are determined through the Gaussian difference scale space, and the key points of the edge are judged by the peak curvature value of the difference function at the edge junction, so as to complete the RSI acquisition. Specific filtering and spatial …domain transformations are used to remove image noise and improve the quality of RSI. The mean shift (MS) algorithm is used to iteratively find the area with the most dense sample points in the RSI space, complete the image analysis, and realize the preprocessing of the high score 2 RSI. The linear features of the RSI are determined by the WT algorithm, and the image threshold is set for feature extraction of the high score 2 RSI. The experimental results show that in the RSI noise reduction error analysis of different methods, the noise reduction error curve of the sample RSI of the method proposed in this paper has the lowest trend, which is always lower than 2%. Compared with the two methods proposed before, the error is higher. At the same time, in the accuracy analysis of key point feature extraction, the proposed scheme has better accuracy. Abstract: With the development and progress of various sensors, the Internet of Things technology has continued to penetrate into people’s lives. Successful application cases of the Internet of Things technology have been seen in various industries. Some scholars have begun to try to apply the Internet of Things technology to the management of various industries. Deep learning technology belongs to the category of artificial intelligence technology. Its main goal is to combine a large number of training samples to train the trained object into an object that can learn sample patterns independently. At present, deep learning has a large number of …applications in various intelligent operations and key intelligent recognition fields. Due to the characteristics of its learnable training set, deep learning techniques are often used in the direction of decision analysis. The research adopts a combination of questionnaire survey and modeling analysis to explore the construction of in-depth learning methods for enterprise management intelligent decision-making in the context of the Internet of Things. The research was conducted by telephone interview and online questionnaire, and was supported by nearly 100 technical backbone personnel from 25 large enterprises. The research finds that applying the Internet of Things and deep learning technology to enterprise intelligent management decisions can improve the decision-making accuracy of enterprises, and also provide enterprises with more significant decision-making analysis advantages in the industry competition. This paper first describes the concepts of the Internet of Things, deep learning and intelligent decision-making of enterprise management. Then, in order to sort out the problems existing in the current intelligent decision-making of enterprise management, the author conducted interviews and questionnaires. Through the analysis of the questionnaire data, he found the problems existing in the current intelligent decision-making of enterprise management. Finally, he designed a new strategy of intelligent decision-making of enterprise management based on the Internet of Things and deep learning technology, through the simulation and subsequent investigation and analysis of the newly designed strategy. It is found that the enterprise management intelligent decision-making method designed by combining the Internet of Things and deep learning technology is superior to the traditional enterprise decision-making method in all aspects. In order to optimize the route of mobile agent, a target location algorithm in wireless sensor networks was proposed. All the sensor nodes which know target compete to get the mobile agent in order to track the location of targets. Competition rules are defined by the remaining value of the energy and the distance between the nodes and the target. Abstract: In terms of high-speed optical access system, an optical access network system with low-cost and low-complexity based on PAM8 modulated signal is proposed to meet the growing demand of optical access network capacity. Abstract: In order to improve the signal processing effect and efficiency of Coriolis mass flowmeter, a signal processing system of Coriolis mass flowmeter based on time-varying signal model is designed. Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of Coriolis mass flowmeter, the environmental factors affecting the performance of Coriolis mass flowmeter are discussed. Based on the above analysis, the signal processing environment is designed, including serial signal processing environment and dual core parallel signal processing environment. Abstract: By using the fluidization technique and electromagnetic heating technique, this paper designed a new type solid electric regenerative device using quartz sand particles to store heat, completed the setting of experimental bench of fluidized bed regenerative device, and analyzed the heat storing and release properties of this regenerative device. The experimental results show that the fluidized bed regenerative device has a good heat storing and release performance. When the metal wall surface of regenerative device was heated by electromagnetic heating to 600 ∘ C and later kept at this temperature, the heat storing temperature of quartz sand …particle material can reach above 500 ∘ C after storing heat for 12 hours. After the 12-hour heat storing was finished, the total power of regenerative device’s heat storage obtained according to the temperatures of measuring points in fluidized bed and the physical properties of quartz sand can satisfy the design requirement. The 12-hour total effective heat release of this device is 29.5 kW⋅ h and its heat release per unit time is kept at 2–3 kW, indicating that this device has a stable and controllable heat release process and is of actual application value. Abstract: Logistics industry is not only the link connecting economic activities, but also an important thrust to stimulate domestic demand. Under the development background of the new era, the high-quality development of logistics industry has become an indispensable force for high-quality economic development. Based on the data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2011 to 2019, in view of the limitations of projection pursuit, genetic algorithm and projection pursuit …are organically combined, which were used to measure the high-quality development level of China’s regional logistics and analyze its spatial distribution characteristics. The reliability and accuracy of the evaluation results are improved, and the spatial information nature is analyzed by spatial exploration The results showed that the most important dimensions affecting the high-quality development of the logistics industry were logistics carrying capacity and technological innovation support. During the study period, there were significant differences in the high-quality development of regional logistics. The average annual logistics industry in the three provinces of Guangdong, Shandong and Jiangsu had relatively high level of high-quality development. By contrast, the development level of the three provinces of Tibet, Qinghai and Hainan was relatively low. Abstract: The Ad Hoc networks solves the problem of quickly establishing a temporary Ad Hoc network without the need for fixed facilities. However, problems such as network performance degradation, delay increase, and link interruption are endless. Aiming at the problem of shortening the survival time of Ad Hoc networks nodes, this paper proposes an improved AODV routing algorithm EC-MAODV (Energy Consumption-Modification AODV) based on energy consumption. EC-MAODV takes energy as the starting point, determines the time extension based on the residual energy of the current node, balance the power consumption of each node, and extends the networks lifetime. The effectiveness of …EC-MAODV routing algorithm is proved by network simulator NS-3. The simulation results show that compared with the AODV routing protocol, the algorithm in this paper has more than 7% improvement and 19% increase in average delay and node lifetime. Abstract: This paper studies stochastic asymptotic stability for stochastic inertial Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with time-varying delay. Firstly, the second-order differential equation is converted into the first-order differential equation by appropriate variable substitution. Secondly, the existence of the equilibrium point is derived by using homeomorphic mapping, finite increment formula of Lagrange mean value theorem and linear matrix inequality. The sufficient conditions for the stochastic asymptotic stability of the equilibrium point of the system are derived by defining the appropriate operator, and constructing the appropriate positive Lyapunov function and positive-definite matrix. Thirdly, a numerical example illustrates the correctness of these theorems.

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and long time consumption of motion attitude information collection in the existing methods, a new automatic attitude capture method based on sensor information fusion is proposed. The line builds a motion attitude information acquisition architecture through five functional modules, including data acquisition and processing, laser sensor, data storage, voltage conversion and serial communication, to obtain motion attitude data. Then, the sensor image information collected by median filtering is processed, and the target image is obtained by fusing the binary image obtained by optical flow segmentation with the original image. Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of robot terminal pose tracking and the anti-interference performance of robot nonlinear motion path control, a nonlinear output feedback control method based on neural network is proposed. Construct the coordinate transformation matrix of the connecting rod, calculate the linear and angular velocity of the nonlinear motion of the robot, then calculate the sum of the kinetic energy of each connecting rod of the robot, and establish the motion equation of the robot. The structure of BP neural network is analyzed, and the motion equation is solved by BP neural network. Finally, a Fractional Order …PID controller is designed and BP neural network is constructed to control the nonlinear motion equation of the robot to complete the output feedback control of the robot. Abstract: In this paper, we propose a novel tracking system based on composite trend representation and historical portfolio data (CTRHP) for portfolio optimization (PO). In the part of obtaining prediction of price, we introduce the important data of historical portfolio, which is rarely utilized before, to improve the accuracy of measuring investment performance. In addition, we propose a set of correlation coefficient-based similarity measurement functions (CSMFs) to automatically assign different weights to different trend representations, which enables each trend representation to have an impact on future price predictions and set the strength according to their investment performance. In the part of …portfolio optimization, a new optimization objective based on generalized increasing factors is proposed to optimize the investment portfolio, and a fast solution algorithm is presented. Extensive experiments on six standard datasets from real financial markets across different assets and different time horizons show that our CTRHP achieves significantly better performance compared with previous state-of-the-art PO systems in investing returns and risk control. Today, solar, nuclear, tidal and wind power generation is gradually replacing thermal power generation. Aiming at the configuration problem of traditional wind power generation, this research will optimize the control of wind turbine generator sets, so as to realize the configuration optimization of the entire distribution network. Abstract: Under the influence of environment, enterprise index and other factors, the result of enterprise financial development path analysis is not ideal, so the development path of green enterprise financial development in coastal cities is studied. The regional differences of the green economy of coastal cities are analyzed. Under the premise of considering the differences, the competitiveness of the financial development of green enterprises in coastal cities is clarified, and the constraints that affect the financial development path are obtained. According to the development goal of enterprise financial integration, all the influencing indexes that affect the development path of enterprise finance …are obtained, and the concrete path of enterprise financial development is finally gotten. A port city is selected as the experimental object to verify, under the condition of low impact degree and high change of index, using expert evaluation method to compare the design method and existing methods. According to the results, the average expert evaluation score of the proposed method is 87.8, higher than that of the control method. The results show that the proposed path analysis method is more suitable for the analysis of the current situation of green enterprise financial development, and has more practical significance. Abstract: New network attack platforms such as personal to personal botnets pose a great threat to cyberspace, but there is no corresponding detection method to detect them. In order to improve the security of topological networks, this research designs a mathematical modeling analysis method for potential attack detection based on convolutional neural networks. This method determines the potential attack risk assessment function through the feature extraction of vulnerable areas in network topology and the probability model of potential attacks, and then detects potential attacks by means of convolutional neural network data modeling. The experimental results show that the false detection rate …and missed detection rate of the three methods for potential attacks are lower than 9% and 8% respectively, but the false detection rate and missed detection rate of the method given in the study are the lowest, and can always be kept below 5%. Abstract: The data of scientific research is important for decision making of sci-tech journals. At present more and more journals attach great importance to their impacts. As the data expands and artificial intelligence develops, it is feasible to help select topic for journals. In the paper we propose a topic selecting framework based on the research focus, which includes analysis of both research focus and paper topics, model training and topic recommendation. Compared with deep neural network, the proposed method could be more accurate with various periods and time intervals. We also predict different models for different kinds of paper. Abstract: When applied to seal liquid, magnetic fluid seal was prone to failure with the increase of shaft speed because of instability at the interface of these two fluids caused by shaft rotation. In order to avoid this problem, a new type of magnetic fluid seal was proposed, in which the magnetic fluid was separated from the sealed liquid by gas. The sealing principle of the structure was studied. Gas-liquid two-phase flow in the structure was simulated by computational fluid dynamics. A test rig of magnetic fluid seal with gas isolation was set up. Experiments of pressure resistance and seal durability …of the original structure and structure with gas isolation for sealing water were carried out on the test bench. The results of theoretical analysis, CFD and experiments indicated that: there was no obvious relationship between shaft speed and performance of magnetic fluid seal when gas isolation was added for sealing water.
