Abstract: Mammary duct-associated inflammatory disease sequence (MDAIDS) is a common pathology in the female breast that stands out because of its high therapeutic failure rate with both medical and surgical treatments. However, in males, the incidence is extremely low, although the treatment is similar. In this article, we present two new cases of MDAIDS in men, taking advantage of this extraordinary event to review the few cases reported in medical literature regarding the origin, diagnosis and treatment of this pathology.
