Abstract: In recent years, in response to the call for energy conservation and emission reduction, the air source heat pump systems have been widely applied in regional centralized heating engineering.However, due to the existence of cold island effect, the heat pump unit operation in winter has the problems of low efficiency, high operation cost and insufficient production.This paper takes the heat source station combined with gas source heat pump and electric boiler as an example, and its heat pump unit array was simulated and calculated by analyzing relevant test data and using the numerical calculation method. Some technical measures were put forward to improve the cold island effect, and then the advantages and application scope of these measures are also analyzed.
