Abstract: The level of energy consumption technology affects the core competition and the potential of sustainable development of enterprises, as well as the fundamental of the future of enterprises. There are many problems and drawbacks in the traditional energy management mode of enterprises, which make the research in this paper always occupy a favorable position in the process of enterprise reform and development. From the function modules of EMS system, combined with the energy management system design and analysis of energy and EMS system process information system, energy statistics module, energy, energy control indicators, composition and functions of remote and external interface module and the coordinated relationship between the various functional modules, and research joint venture production process. Using the system analysis method, combined with the energy management system design, construction and application of the whole process, to ensure the realization of more than 20,000 points of energy data automatic collection, the preparation of more than 20,000 monitoring pictures, determined the energy management system common problems solution.
