Abstract: Developmental malformations of lumbar transverse processes commonly
include hypertrophy of the transverse process, overgrowth of the transverse
process, and persistence of the transverse process epiphysis. To date, the
intertransverse pseudarthrosis malformation has not been reported. In this case
report, we identified a case of intertransverse pseudarthrosis through X-ray
imaging, which was confirmed by CT scanning. And intertransverse pseudarthrosis
of spine was proved by Surgery.
