Abstract: Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is the most common malignancy in
childhood. We present a 7-year-old boy with facial and hypoglossal nerve
palsies as presenting features of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, which was
suspected when magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated infiltrations of the
brain, and was confirmed by bone marrow biopsy.
