Abstract: The primary objective of this study is to introduce some generalized operations on the soft sets and to investigate their related characteristic properties. It also aims to propose new similarity measure and decision making method using these generalized operations. Furthermore, the emerging similarity measure and decision making method are compared with some of the existing similarity measure and decision making method based on soft sets, thus the credibility of the proposed ones is shown. Additionally, the congruous examples which help to better understand the similarity measure and decision making method are presented.
