Its development degree will directly affect the level of industrial development in China. There are financing difficult problems in most mining companies which restrict its further development because of the imperfect capital market in China as well as the mining industry’s development level and high risk characteristic of environmental impact. Through the use of the combination of theoretical and empirical research methods, this study takes Zijin Mining as an example and analyzes its financing risk systematically, which based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with the current financing situation of China’s mining industry. The purpose is to evaluate the financing risk effectively so as to help the management make more effective financing decisions.
