Abstract: This paper investigates the multiple attribute decision making problems for reliability evaluation of electrical engineering automation with 2-tuple linguistic information. Then, we propose the 2-tuple power Hamacher weighted average (2TPHWA) operator for aggregating 2-tuple linguistic information inspired by the idea of power aggregation and Hamacher operations. Then the 2TPHWA operator is used to construct the model for MADM with 2-tuple linguistic information. Finally, an example for reliability evaluation of electrical engineering automation is proposed to show its practicality and effectiveness.
Keywords: Multiple attribute decision making (MADM), 2-tuple linguistic variables, power average operator, 2-tuple power Hamacher weighted average (2TPHWA) operator, reliability evaluation, electrical engineering automation
