Abstract: In this research paper, the notions of rough m-polar fuzzy (mF, for short) sets and mF soft sets, as new hybrid models for soft computing, are introduced and some of their fundamental properties are investigated. Rough degrees of mF sets are computed. In addition, potential applications of rough mF sets and mF soft sets to decision-making problems are explored.
Keywords: Rough mF set, mF soft set, decision information system, algorithm
