Abstract: In this paper, we use the Choquet integral to propose the interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy Choquet ordered average (IVDHFCOA) operator and the interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy Choquet ordered geometric (IVDHFCOG) operator as a new extension of existing interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy ordered weighted average (IVDHFOWA) operator, interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy ordered weighted geometric (IVDHFOWG) operator, dual hesitant fuzzy ordered Choquet integral average (DHFCOA) operator and dual hesitant fuzzy ordered Choquet integral geometric (DHFCOG) operator. The extended operators not only globally consider the importance of the elements or their ordered positions, but also can overall reflect their correlations. Furthermore, some desirable properties of these operators and the relationships between them are discussed in detail. Then, two evaluation formulas of IVDHFCOA and IVDHFCOG are proposed. The considered alternatives can be ranked and the most desirable one is selected. To comparative analysis, we also apply the Ju’s method (Ju, 2014) to solve the problem based on DHFCOA operator. Finally, a comparative analysis of the two methods is used to assess the possible emerging technology enterprises.
