Abstract: In order to reduce energy consumption of network nodes, it is necessary to design a monitoring system for energy consumption of network nodes. When the current network nodes energy consumption monitoring system is used to monitor and control energy consumption of nodes, there are problems of low monitoring efficiency and poor energy saving. A fuzzy system design method is proposed in this paper for energy consumption monitoring of wireless sensor network nodes. The energy consumption monitoring daemon on sensor nodes, the energy consumption monitoring program on gateway nodes and the control program on the host PC in the fuzzy system for energy consumption monitoring of wireless sensor network nodes are designed and analyzed. The change of energy in nodes is regarded as an important condition for selecting work or sleep. The fuzzy power control algorithm is used to control the node sleep mechanism and the node wake-up mechanism in the wireless sensor network to complete the design of the fuzzy system for energy consumption monitoring of wireless sensor network nodes. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high monitoring efficiency and energy saving performance.
