Abstract: Dual hesitant fuzzy information aggregation plays an important role in dual hesitant fuzzy set theory, which has received more and more attention in recent years. In this paper, we first define a new concept of hesitancy degree under dual hesitant fuzzy environment, and then based on the hesitancy degree, we propose a series of dual hesitant fuzzy point operators, which can reduce the uncertainty and get more intensive information from the original dual hesitant fuzzy information. By combining dual hesitant fuzzy point operators with the dual hesitant fuzzy arithmetic aggregation operators, we also further develop various generalized point aggregation operators for aggregating dual hesitant fuzzy information, such as the generalized dual hesitant fuzzy point weighted averaging (GDHFPWA) operators, generalized dual hesitant fuzzy point ordered weighted averaging (GDHFPOWA) operators, generalized dual hesitant fuzzy point hybrid aggregation (GDHFPHA) operators. Furthermore, we investigate the prominent properties of these operators in detail, and discuss the relationship between the proposed operators and the existing ones.
