Abstract: In this paper, notions of M-fuzzifying convex matroids and M-fuzzifying (resp. strongly, decomposable) independent structures are introduced and their relations are discussed in details. Specifically, each M-fuzzifying independent structure generates an M-fuzzifying convex structure and each M-fuzzifying decomposable independent structure is strong. Especially, an M-fuzzifying independent structure is an M-fuzzifying decomposable independent structure iff it is generated by an M-fuzzifying convex matroid; an M-fuzzifying convex structure is an M-fuzzifying convex matroid iff it is generated by an M-fuzzifying decomposable independent structure.
