Abstract: In this study, we approach systems from an information theoretical perspective. Specifically, we propose a framework to model systems by noisy communication channels and analyze them by this framework whose elements are commonly used analysis tools in science and engineering. A noisy communication channel model is a mechanism that accepts a set of inputs and yields a set of outputs. The formal mechanisms to exploit the relationships in the proposed framework include Fourier series, uniform polygons, roots of unity, special permutations and polynomials. These formal mechanisms make the framework more powerful by enabling it to connect common analysis tools provided in complex analysis and graph theory.
