Abstract: In this paper, we propose a data propagation method with operator intent delivery in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). The proposed algorithm propagates data by controlling the state of a sensor node depending on the delay requirements of a specific application. Also, the proposed algorithm allows users to interact with the WSNs to convey desired parameter values for the operations. Simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm achieves reliable data propagation and user intent delivery while saving energy consumption.
