Abstract: With the rapid development of knowledge economy, the importance of knowledge sharing in the field of higher education is becoming more and more prominent, and university teachers as an important subject, the evaluation of their knowledge sharing level can better understand the status quo and problems of knowledge sharing of university teachers and take timely measures to make greater contributions to the development of universities and social progress. This paper selects willingness of knowledge sharing, ability of knowledge sharing, atmosphere for knowledge sharing, content of knowledge sharing, and the effectiveness of knowledge sharing as indicators for improvement and integration of AHP, Critic, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The weights obtained are coupled and assigned, and finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and rank the level of knowledge sharing among university teachers. Based on the weight of the five indicators, the article determines the impact of these indicators on the level of knowledge sharing among university teachers and provides corresponding suggestions, hoping to provide references for universities and relevant government departments.
