Abstract: This paper mainly discusses the system integration mode of industrialized residential collaborative design, and proposes a system integration model based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) industrialized residential collaborative design, which solves the collaborative design problem of industrialized residential life cycle. This system integration mode will industrialize residential coordination. The key elements of the design are integrated to form a complete system methodology. Through the analysis of variance, the average and standard deviation of the respondents’ scores were tested for significance. Then I used Fuzzy Set Theory to analyze the membership degree of key elements to verify my argument.
