Abstract: The article is directed on detection of changes of blood phantom permittivity, which can begin by insertion of substances defining a diseased condition in living organism. It is based on assumption that the structure of the blood phantom is possible to specify analytically more exactly than the structure of blood with more difficulty controllable ingredients in living organism. For that purpose blood phantoms were created ant their permittivity were compared with the permittivity of living organism blood. For that purpose microwave frequencies which are suitable to interact selectively with dielectric substances differing with content of different ingredients on the used microwave signal. Application methods were adopted in accordance with the kind of the material and the manner of microwave frequencies application. The evaluation methods of the measured values were also used with regard to these values.
