Delivering Web based IT training in a rural environment

Abstract: This paper describes the development of basic IT training material and its delivery in the Rural Community of Shropshire by the School of Computing at the University of Wolverhampton. The various technological problems are discussed and an analysis made of the feedback from the students accessing the material.
