Abstract: BACKGROUND:Based on the empirical consideration of small business apparel condition, theoretical consideration, suggestion, and limitations of previous research, this research is very essential to learn the influence of social entrepreneurship on organizational learning, partnerships, competitive advantage, and business performance in small scale businesses by raising the case of industry apparel oriented to the creative industry. OBJECTIVE:To analyze the The Influence Of Social Entrepreneurship On The Organizational Learning, Partnership, Competitive Advantages, And Business Performance. METHODS:The number of sample was 168 small businesses in DKI Jakarta. Data analysis using GSCA (generalized structured component analysis) to confirm the model that has been submitted into empirical data. RESULTS:Social entrepreneurship has a significant impact on organizational learning, business partnerships, competitive advantage, and business performance. However, the reciprocal relationship between those five variables is also very strong. CONCLUSIONS:Of the five variables, the overall model is dominated by the strength of business performance. The purpose of establishing business performance characteristics was to ensure that management runs well based on the principles of social entrepreneurship. business performance through good corporate governance is a necessity in the era of competition to increase the company value and prosper all employees and the community.
