On page 276 In the funding section, the following was stated:

“This study has been funded by the regional health authority (Helse Sør-Øst) and JPND (EU Joint Program - Neurodegenerative Diseases research).”

The correct statement regarding funding should be:

“This study has been funded by the Norwegian Research Council, JPND/PMI-AD (NRC 311993).”

On page 269 there was an error in figure 2, in the graphics regarding posterior hippocampal atrophy by stage, and posterior hippocampal atrophy by A/T/N. The correct images are show below.
